Eine einfache, günstige FeWo.
Es ist eine einfache FeWo. Aber nur zum Übernachten u Frühstücken ist es ok. Die Lage passt einfach. 😉 Es ist renovierungsbedürftig, aber das ist nun vom Preisniveau entsprechend gut. Toll ist Maria, die Vermieterin, die sich dann auch rührt, wenn was ist! Wir würden wieder kommen.

Schöne Wohnung mit kleinen Mängeln
Die Beschreibung der Wohnung war sehr knapp, so dass wir nicht wussten was uns genau erwartet. Die Lage ist relativ ruhig im kleinen Ort Cala Figuera. Nicht in Santanyí wie wir dachten. Das ist leider missverständlich ausgedrückt in der Beschreibung. Es war einigermaßen sauberaber alles macht einen sehr abgenutzten Eindruck. . Viele Kleinigkeiten wie Lsmpen und Wasserkräne müssten mal repariert werden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. Alles in allem für den Preis hatten wir einen angenehmen Urlaub.

Tiny apartment with tiny rooms
The property was cute and the manager was very nice and easy to work with. However we had plans for another couple to join us for a week and there was no room for them to stay. The 2nd bathroom was unusable due to the smell of mold and the bathroom we could use had a shower that was about 5’ sq ft with a broken shower head holder. It was very difficult to shower and the shower curtain was pretty aggravating wrapped up around you. Swamping the floor. Also there was a separate charge for use of the ac/heater, we had to add 1euro coin for 3hours of service. We were there a month so the added charge was about an extra 90 euros. This was not reflected in the transaction contract. It is a loud neighborhood with little parking and you will lose your parking spot if you move the car. The location is great and we found some lovely beaches and Mallorca is so beautiful and fun to explore. We had a great time and really other than our friends not being able to join us due to limited space, we had a good vacation.

...wir hatten 100% Mallorca gebucht und auch erhalten. Als langjähr.- ehem. Gemeindemitglieder/Whg.Eigentümer- Santanyi kamen wir gut mit den Gegebenheiten vor Ort zurecht. Freundlichkeit d. Vermieterin und die Sauberkeit stehen ganz vorn!!!

Individualaufenthalt
In der landestypischen kleinen Ferienwohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist nicht alles neu, aber bei einem Defekt wird schnell geholfen - bei uns war es der Kühlschrank. Am nächsten Tag war ein neuer da. Alles via WattsApp ohne viel Aufwand geregelt. Service, den ich in Deutschland noch nicht und schon gar nicht so unkompliziert erlebt habe. Die Straße ist etwas belebt. Aber abends kehrt Ruhe ein. Reinigung und Handtuchwechsel, auch Bettwäsche, haben prima und reichlich geklappt. Diverse Absprachen mit Maria jederzeit möglich. Sie möchte nur, dass man sich wohlfühlt. Und das klappt.

Super Lage, nette und unkomplizierte Vermieterin
Insgesamt war alles gut. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, wunderschöne Strände und Buchten sind quasi ums Eck. Die Umgebung hat viel zu bieten! Maria ist sehr nett, Kommunikation im Vorfeld der Reise und während des Aufenthaltes war super. Die Wohnung ist dem Preis entsprechend. Die Küche ist sehr klein, alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber im Grunde ist alles da, was man braucht. Es wurde mehrmals sauber gemacht und auch einmal das Bettzeug gewechselt. Das ist super.

Okay für zwei wenn man keine Lust auf Kochen hat
Leider sind nur in einem Zimmer 2 m lange Betten - im anderen sind es nur 190 cm - nix für lange Kerle. Es fehlt an einem Backofen und die vorhanden Utensilien sind wirklich nicht ausreichend- schon gar nicht für 4 Personen da allein der Kühlschrank zu klein ist. Toll ist die Waschmaschiene und hervorzuben ist die Sauberkeit! OHNE die Klimanalege geht es nicht ! Die Sonne scheint den ganzen Tag aufs Apartment und heizt alles gut auf.

Needs some updating. Shower in one bedroom rusty and unusable, basin rocky! Appliances need updating, instructions missing re use of hot plate and television. No electric kettle so had to boil water in ancient coffee machine. However, reasonably clean, and towels changed during stay, and swept through. Also, could have provided a welcome pack of basic food!

Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allen nützlichen Dingen eingerichtet incl. Waschmaschine. Es erfolgt eine wöchentliche Reinigung durch die Vermieterin, welche nicht extra berechnet wird. Frau Maria ist sehr freundlich und spricht deutsch. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 1.OG, die Terrasse ist nach Westen ausgerichtet. Die Schlafzimmer sind zum Hof, dadurch sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können nur ein positives feedback abgeben. O.B. aus Hanhofen

Gemütliches Dorf
Cala Figuera ist ein nettes Dorf mit viele Tagestouristen. Die meisten parken in der Strasse der Fewo, was nicht weiter stört. Trotz verspätetem Flug und Probleme mit dem Mietauto hat Maria uns auch noch spät die Schlüssel überreicht und alles nötige erklärt. Vor Ort gibt es keinen Strand, erst im Nachbardorf gibt es einen kleinen Strand, der in der Saison sicher voll ist. Für Kinder aber optimal. Für die meisten Ausflüge ist man ca. 1 Stunde unterwegs. Der Markt in Santaniy ist sehr schön und empfehlenswert. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in Cala Figuera. Stechmückenabwehr nicht vergessen im Herbst 😅

Apart perfecto para 4, gran elección!
El apartamento estaba ubicado en una zona perfecta, bastante cerca de muchas calas y de Palma, una opción mucho más tranquila y asequible y perfecto para 4 personas. Hacía un poco de calor por las noches al no tener aire pero con los ventiladores dormíamos bastante bien. Solo tuvimos un pequeño problema con los fuegos que no nos entendíamos. Genial la facilidad para entrar por la noche y hacer el check in al día siguiente y el check out, volveríamos sin duda!!

Lugar tranquilo para descansar pero cerca de playas y calas espectaculares.
El alojamiento no es moderno y las fotos se corresponden perfectamente con lo que hay. La cocina y un baño son algo pequeños pero suficientes para un alojamiento de vacaciones. Eché en falta algún tapper en la cocina pero las camas son bastante cómodas y aunque hacía calor en algunos momentos hay bastante corriente que lo refresca todo. Hay servicios muy cerca y el aparcamiento no fue ningún problema. La dueña, María, ha sido muy amable y simpática con nosotras. Gracias María.

Erholung pur in Cala Figuera
Die Schlüsselübergabe und Ein- und Auschecken ist völlig problemlos, auch zu späten oder sehr frühen Flugzeiten möglich. Die Wohnung ist mit zwei Schlafzimmern, jeweils mit Bad, Wohnzimmer und Küche ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung ist einfach und zweckmäßig, wobei die Qualität der Betten, also Matratzen hervorzuheben ist. Küchentechnisch alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Ein separater Eingang führt zur schönen Terrasse mit Mobilar, gute Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Haus. Zum Zentrum, bzw schönen Hafen sind es ca 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Ort wird überwiegend von Tagestouristen besucht, daher ist es in den Abendstunden ruhig und übersichtlich. Fazit: Ein schönes und ruhiges Appartement zu einem fairen Preis. Top sauber sogar mit Zwischenreinigung und kostenlosem WLAN. Vermieterin öfter vor Ort und sehr hilfsbereit.

Vacance magnifique
Nous sommes restés 6 nuits dans cette appartement tout près du port de Cala Figuera. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Appartement très propre, très fonctionnel, au calme oh oui du calme et très bien situé. Maria, la propriétaire est formidable, nous a très bien conseillé sur les endroits à voir. L appartement est à 5 minutes de toutes les plus belles criques du sud est de l'île. Je vous le conseil, vous ne serez pas déçu. Les petits villages à côtes sont très mignons. Tôut à proximité. Super
