About this property
House in front of the beach.
The house is in condominium in front of the beach with garden with small deck, balcony with wooden bench, two hammocks and barbecue independent.
On entering we have the living room with sofa of 5 places, rack with tv, table with 4 chairs, with American kitchen, refrigerator, stove, kitchen utensils in general and washbasin.
At the top are two bedrooms one with a double bed and wardrobe, the other with two single beds with extra walk, wardrobe, comfortable, plus mezzanine with double bed. Both with air conditioning. We also have the bathroom.
The house has two parking spaces in the condominium.
WIFI own the house, in addition to the common use of the condominium.
We have just finished a complete renovation and change all the furniture, mattresses. So, it's all brand new with new paint.
The condominium offers 3 swimming pools, game room, tennis and basketball court, playground for children.
The main: You will be staying in front of the pria that offers the most beautiful sunset of the region.
We are one block from the mall.
