The King's Barn: This four-bedroom, two-and-one-half bathroom Yankee barn home with central air conditioning is located in the desirable Indian Neck Heights area of Wellfleet. Play tennis on the association tennis courts or walk to the beautiful bay beach.

Enter the living room with soaring ceilings and two sliders to the large deck. The living room has a television and comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing or conversation. The home has a fully-equipped kitchen with brand new stainless appliances and a separate dining room with seating for eight.

The private master bedroom on the first floor has a king bed, sitting area and slider to the deck. There are two bathrooms on the first floor, a half bath and a full bathroom with tub & shower.

There are three bedrooms upstairs. One has a queen bed and the other two each have two twins. A cozy, open loft overlooking the living room has comfortable seating and a television. There is a full bathroom on this floor with a tub and shower.

Comforts include central air conditioning, cable TV, WIFI, washer/dryer, enclosed outdoor shower.

The large deck, which overlooks the wooded property, has teak furniture, perfect for lounging or dining outside.

Walk to Omaha Beach on the bay--less than a half mile away.

Tennis players, don't forget your rackets! Enjoy a match or two on the association tennis courts.

Enjoy exploring the Fox Island and Indian Neck area trails, kayaking and stunning sunsets over the bay.

Short drive to other Indian Neck and bay beaches, ocean beaches on the Cape Cod National Seashore and Wellfleet's beloved freshwater ponds. **** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.
