*Please note: The pools are not heated. During the fall & winter months (October-March) the pools are too cold for swimming. However, there is a hot tub that remains heated year round. We are not responsible for pool and hot tub closures due to maintenance or repairs.

--> Calling all runners and cyclists! This is the perfect starting point for some of Phoenix's best bike rides and running routes. Paved paths connect Tempe to Old Town Scottsdale, and Arcadia. After you return from your run or ride, relax at the pool or soak in the oversized mater bath tub.

--> In town for a race or triathlon? We're less than 5 minute from Tempe Town Lake, where numerous races and events (including the Ironman) are hosted.

--> Here on business? We're 6 minutes from the airport and even closer to some of Tempe's largest business parks.

There's public buses. Car Share riding apps.

- All types of smoking are strictly prohibited inside the home including vaping and e-cigarettes. We charge a $300 fee PLUS the entire cost of deep cleaning and restoring the property to its smoke-free condition.
- No parties or large gatherings. No more than 6 people are allowed in the home at any given time unless prior permission has been granted.
- Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am. Please respect our neighbors and community and avoid loud speakers at all times.
Keep trash in trash bins. If they are full, dumpsters are located in the parking area.
- Pets are not allowed inside the home. We’re unable to make exceptions. We charge an additional $300 cleaning fee if our team finds any evidence of pets in the home without prior permission.
- Report all damage, regardless of its nature or extent. While accidents are understandable, reimbursement may be requested based on the item and extent of damage.
- Respect our check out time. Failure to adhere to the check-out time may result in fees as this disrupts arrangements for our next guest.
- Consumables: Guests are responsible for replenishing their own consumables (e.g., toiletries, food, beverages) after the initial supply provided. No detergent is provided.

GATEWISE APP:
You have already been sent a text message with a link to log in using the number registered with your account. If you arrive between 9 AM and 5 PM, you can go to the office, and they will help you log in to the Gatewise App and guide you on how to use it. If you arrive after office hours, we will assist you with access to the Gatewise App.

ID Requirement: As per our policy, we kindly request the IDs of all individuals who are booking the accommodation.

Pet Policy: If you are bringing a pet, please be aware that there is a pet fee of $125 per pet. For a second pet, an additional charge of $125 applies. To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, we require a photo of your pet as well as their vet records. Please note that only dogs are allowed for long-term stays, while cats are allowed for stays under 3 months.

We only provide extra linens when you let us know prior to arriving. There are no extra linens for the couch unless you book for over 4 guests.
