The unit has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 8 in beds -- 10 using a pull-out double sleeper sofa. Pack ‘n Play and high chair available upon request. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, free wi-fi, big screen TVs and DVD player. Rental rate does not include fees and taxes. These are assessed by vrbo. This is a beautiful Mediterranean-inspired vacation resort that offers everything you would need for an unforgettable Disney vacation. Wyndham Bonnet Creek Resort is located on Disney World property, just a few minutes from Disney Springs (formerly Downtown Disney). Shuttle service is available to all Disney parks on a per person, per round trip basis, charged by the resort. When you aren't at the theme parks, enjoy the resort: float in the lazy river, take a stroll or run around the private lake, soak up some sun at one of the 5 outdoor swimming pools and 9 outdoor hot tubs, have fun with the kids in the game room, mini golf, playgrounds and beach volleyball courts, work out in one of 2 fitness centers or participate in one of the daily activities at the activities center.

You'll be amazed as you walk into the beautifully decorated, fully furnished living room, a fully equipped kitchen with all cooking and eating utensils, refrigerator, oven, microwave and a dishwasher, and a dining room. This beautiful 3BR condo includes a spacious master bedroom with a plush king bed and whirlpool jetted tub, 2 doubles in the second bedroom, and a king size bed in the third bedroom. The unit has a convertible double sleeper sofa in the living room. With the convenience of the in-room washer and dryer, you can do laundry any time -- so you can pack less! The private balcony area is a great place to relax and unwind under the stars after a day at the parks, and may offer views of the nightly Epcot, Hollywood Studios or Animal Kingdom fireworks (depending upon unit location) from the balcony!

Helpful Hints:
When you approach the property entrance from Chelonia Parkway, look for the 'Bonnet Creek Resort' sign and turn in immediately.

Shuttle service ($$) to and from the four Walt Disney World Theme Parks and Disney Springs is available from 2 pick up/drop off locations on property. The transportation schedule and price information will be available in the Welcome Packet you receive upon check-in.

Cancellation Policy without vacation protection plan*: Since we are private owners renting out our reserved unit, the cancellation policy is strict unless a vacation protection plan is added (see below). Deposit required upon booking.
60 days or more prior to the check-in date: 100% refund.
30 & 59 days prior to check-in date: 50% refund.
29 days or less prior to check-in date: No refund.

*A Vacation Protection Plan (VPP) can be purchased from Wyndham through the owners and offers cancellation up to 24 hours prior to the check in date with a cancellation fee of one (1) night’s stay rather than full forfeiture of the rental rate as stated in the above paragraph. The VPP can be purchased within 60 days of the reservation date and is $149.00 and is non-refundable once purchased.
