Located a 2-minute walk from Lucien-L'Allier metro station, right in the center, you can easily explore the city. This apartment is the perfect place to relax and make the most of Montreal.
Quiet neighborhood close to downtown, with many restaurants and activities nearby!
Lucien L’Allier metro station, bus stops, and bike-sharing stations (not available in winter) are all within walking distance.

No parties, no events aloud no noise after 11 pm
The number of guests must not exceed reservation.

1. You will be automatically charged a $ 500 fine.
2. You and your companions will be invited to leave the apartment without any right to reimbursement.
Please do not use towels nor any other linens in the unit to remove make-up or clean other substances (If towels and bed sheets are stained you will be automatically changed to replace them )
Check out 11:00 am the day of your departure , It is important not to have the cleaning wait outside extra fees will apply if they wait.
