Things to know
• Pool access is limited and may not be available when reserved or undergoing maintenance. Pool hours are NOON - 7PM (Different hours apply if reserved in conjunction with the main house)
• Pool rules and pool agreement must be agreed upon and signed or agreed via Email before renters or guest are allowed to enter pool, jacuzzi, and or pool area.

• ABSOLUTELY NO RUNNING, JUMPING, or DIVING IN POOL, JACUZZI, AND OR POOL AREA,
• Jacuzzi is not heated during Sping & Summer months & is only accessible if you reserve in conjunction w/ the main house)
• Pools located at 2015 24th and or 2317/2319 Ave P
• All guests must be 25 or older to book or accompanied by parent or guardian.
House rules
• NO LIFE GUARD ON DUTY
• NOT SUITABLE FOR INFANTS OR CHILDREN AT ANY TIME
• ONLY APPROVED REGISTERED GUEST ARE ALLOWED ON PROPERTY
• ONLY APPROVED REGISTERED GUEST CAN USE POOL, JACUZZI, AND OR POOL AREA
• HOUSE MUSIC ONLY NO ADDITIONAL MUSIC BY POOL
