2 Bedroom & Loft & 2.25 Bath, Pet Friendly Townhome located in town and near to the Sierra Star Golf Course.
REMODELED: kitchen and bathrooms were completely remodeled. Granite counters, cherry cabinets, and new appliances in the kitchen. New vanities, tile floors, tiles in the showers, lighting, toilets, etc. We also redid the front hallway and the laundry closet and put in a new combination washer/dryer in the laundry. And we just installed a new pellet stove that is very easy to use (just add pellets and set the temperature).
SLEEPING: Sleeps up to 8. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, the loft has a bunk bed and 2 twin beds.
LIVING AREA: This unit has mountain views from the livingroom and 1500 sq. ft. of living space. The living room has a sofa, love seat, and recliner. The dining room has a large table with seating for 8 people.
INTERNET: High-speed internet (300 mbps).
This a whole house network that works in any room.
ENTERTAINMENT: In the living room, there is a 40in flat panel LCD TV, blu-ray player, surround sound, and free streaming movies. In the loft, we also have a 32in flat panel LCD TV, Microsoft Xbox, Xbox games, streaming movies, and comfortable chairs. There are TVs with cable in the other bedrooms, as well as both wireless & wired internet connection.
LAYOUT: This is a three-level townhouse with the entrance on the first floor. The first floor has both bedrooms (1 king & 1 queen) and one full bath, the second floor has the living room, kitchen, dining room and 2nd full bath, and the third floor is the loft (with a bunk bed and 2 single beds), which is open in to the living room by a half wall.
KITCHEN: The unit has a well-equipped kitchen with a nice layout. We love to cook and keep everything you need for making great meals. There is a new convection range, large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker.
DECK: There is a nice deck off the livingroom with a gas BBQ (available in spring, summer, and fall) and a teak table and 4 chairs. It is a great place to hang out in the summer.
PARKING: There is plenty of on site parking right outside the unit.
SWIMMING: The complex has a hot tub, swimming pool, and a sauna. The pool is heated from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
LAUNDRY: There is a small combination washer/dryer in the unit as well as a full laundry room in the condo complex.
PETS: We allow dogs (sorry, no cats due to allergies) for a small additional pet fee. Please let us know in advance if you want to bring your dog.
CLEANING: The townhouse is professionally cleaned after every stay. We have the cleaning company do a deep cleaning every fall where the place is cleaned from top to bottom, all of the furniture is moved and vacuumed underneath, the hard to reach places are dusted, the windowed are washed, the dishes in the cabinets are moved and cleaned, and all of the comforters and blankets are taken to the dry cleaners. We also get the carpets steam cleaned every fall and spring.
SAFETY: There are four smoke detectors in the condo, including one in each sleeping area, and the batteries are replaced every year. There are CO2 detectors on every floor and a fire extinguisher to the right of the fridge in the kitchen. You can exit the condo from the front door, the 2nd floor deck, or using the metal escape ladder in the loft.
LEGAL: This is a completely legal rental unit. It is within the areas of Mammoth Lakes that permits short term rentals. We use only licensed contractors for all repair work. And we collect and pay all required taxes, which supports the services in Mammoth Lakes.
