Reviewer Comments: condo very much in need of a thorough update and carpet and couch...pool was cold due to the weather..9 days of strong winds ..rain ..no beach ..we tried our best to enjoy our time...eating out..one resturant we wantd to go to burned to ground before we had a chance

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have come to Sea Coast for 8 Years and this was the"Most" BEAT UP unit we've stayed in. The Frig was an old garage refrigerator and wasn't even level and was dirty on the out side and the inside. The couch and the living room chairs were uncomfortable and didn't match anything. The walls need painting and the carpeting should be removed and a different floor put down....I would recommend the Sea Coast Condo complex as fantastic...and the management team as first rate....This room- 407 needs a lot of freshing up

Our condo was great, we met new friends and had a great time, I wish we could have the same unit in 2022 but it is already taken, I hope to have a unit equally as nice as 407 in 2022, I hope to stay in this unit again. Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First day had to call rental manager. Living room carpet very dirty as well as the sofa. Someone should be inspecting the units making sure these units are clean from top to bottom. Reclining chair was in terrible condition and eventually broke completely.
