Large open studio separated from the main house by a small courtyard. Views of the mountains, Colorado River, and Laughlin Nevada casinos. Minutes away from nine golf courses, off-road trails, Catherines Landing on Lake Mead, and Colorado River. Las Vegas 90 minutes away.

Fully furnished with very comfortable Cal king bed, two recliners, kitchen with stocked cooking appliances and utensils. Full-size refrigerator. Large bathroom with an ex-large shower and closet.
Plenty of close safe parking for your toys. Fireplace, AC, WI-FI. Close to shopping and laundry.

Will start accepting snowbird reservations in October. Two month max stays unless discussed in advance and agreed on.

**Please do not show up with additional guests. Prior arrangements must be made and agreed to. Pets are not allowed due to allergies and a dog that lives on the property.

Weekend Getaway

Karen and Mark"s place suited our needs perfectly. The property and hosts (we had the pleasure of meeting them) were everything we expected, and more, and very reasonably priced as well. In fact this trip exemplified why this is our 1st choice when travelling and staying in these types of places... always above and beyond ANY hotel!

Better than we dreamed possible

This rental is exceptional. The view off the back patio and the interior of the casita are even better than I could have imagined. Karen and Mark were welcoming and very friendly. Our one regret is that the weather didn't allow us to join them for some social time out on their patio as they invited us to do. We would have loved to spend more time getting to know these wonderful people who have put together probably the best place to stay in Bullhead City. If anyone we knows is headed that way, we will highly recommend they stay at the casita.

Accommodating Hosts

Our hosts, Karen and Mark, were available, kind and accommodating. They greeted us when we arrived, the property was exactly as advertised with beautiful views, was private as well as comfortable. There was cold water in the fridge as well as a snack when we arrived, which was so thoughtful and much needed after a long drive. We have family there and will definitely be checking availability at this property the next time we visit.

Clean and Convenient

Mark greeted us upon our arrival and got us settled in. The casita had everything we needed. The Starbucks around the corner from the end of the street is very convenient. Will stay again.

Comfortable stay

We were in town for our Grandson’s High School graduation. This casitas is private, clean and comfortable. We loved the large shower. I think the casitas was cleaned with some product that was strong but we opened up the sliding door and it was much better. The owners are very lovely, friendly people and we enjoyed the two springer spaniels that just love to be noticed. This will be our pick for future stays in this area.

Wonderful

This is such a nice, clean and well decorated space. The price is so reasonable. The hosts are great. This is the second time I’ve stayed here. This visit the dogs were barking and slightly howling at 7:15am on the last two mornings which wasn’t ideal. However I would stay here again without hesitation.

Comfortable & Good Location

We very much enjoyed our stay ... home away from home. Perfect for a couple! My husband enjoyed the large shower and I thought the breakfast goodies were a perfect addition to morning coffee.

Treated like old friends

Karen and Mark were very welcoming and made us feel at home from the minute we arrived. The muffins waiting on the kitchen table were delicious. They invited us to their patio for happy hour and then for burgers - a great way to get to know each other. Mark invited Milo to a golf outing which was a special treat.The casita was super clean, tastefully decorated and had a comfy bed, large TV & huge bathroom. We’d definitely recommend this rental to others. Milo & Judy Larson And the view was beautiful!

Bullhead golf trip

Wonderful!

My husband and I were in Bullhead City for a softball tournament. We didn't want to stay in a hotel or casino. So happy to have found this gem. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Perfect getaway!

We had an amazing stay at Karen and Mark’s beautiful little casita! It was very clean, bigger than it looks in the pictures, had everything we needed to cook our meals, and all with gorgeous views. Areas best place to stay

This was my third time staying at this casita. Wonderful hosts & the casita has all the amenities that you need. Very comfortable bed, huge bathroom, plenty of closet/storage room. The views are gorgeous.

Mark and I enjoy boating, off-roading, golf, spending time with family and friends. We love interacting with our guests when time and weather permits and respect that some guests prefer little interaction.
