Escape to this delightful 1-bedroom home in Zephyrhills. Relax in a 55+ community with 2 pools, hot tub, pool tables, pickleball courts, shuffleboard, horseshoes, volleyball, free wifi, etc. Perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. You can also take advantage of the fitness room during your stay.
Property is less than an hour from Disney, Universal Studios, and Sea World as well as Gulf Coast beaches.
Kitchen has gas stove, new full-size refrigerator, and new microwave. Bedroom has a queen-size bed. Living room has a new full-size sofa bed and two new Lazy-Boy rocking recliners, all in front of the color television. The house also has a clothes washer with a circular clothes line in the back yard and a laundromat across the street.
Enjoy grilling on the back patio that also has an outside table and chairs. The carport also has a loveseat, two chairs, and a coffee table.

My wife and I live in Indiana and "snowbird" in the same 55+ community as the rental house. We are both retired college professors who still periodically teach online.
Why they chose this property
This community is extremely friendly and, almost as important, it's always sunny in Florida! The amenties are such that you will never get bored. The club house also has a library, along with the pool tables, the pool, and the hot tub.
What makes this property unique
The number of amenties and the friendliness of the people cannot be beat. The house is just across the street from the laundry, the pavillion, the pickleball courts, volleyball court, and a small basketball court. The club house, pool, etc. are a very short walk from the house.
