► We can accommodate events up to 100 guests with parking for up to 50 vehicles

►We don't require an event planner but highly encourage using one of our preferred planners as they know and understand the space, requirements, ect

► Event fees will be added to your booking. Fees vary based on the type of event, guest count, vehicle count, and event details.

• 20-40 guests: $1,000 - $3,500
• 40-60 guests: $2,000 - $5,000
• 60-80 guests: $3,500 - $7,500
• 80-100 guests: $6,000 - $10,000

We’d love to help you plan your stay and your special event at **Serenita Estate**.

RULES:

We also charge a minimum of $150 for an unapproved late checkout.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violating our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500.

We only host groups where the primary renter is above the age of 25+ years old. Will need ID verification.

Pet Fee is $300 (max of 2). This is a one-time, non-refundable fee as it causes a lot of extra cleaning for our crew, extra wear, and tear on the house and we have to shampoo the furniture as we have some guests who are allergic to pets.

No events, parties, or additional guests than the number on your reservation without permission. An additional event fee will be charged.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor areas after 10:00 p.m.; however, we kindly ask that there be no amplified music, shouting, or loud partying. If this rule is not respected, we will have to enforce a no-noise policy outdoors after 10:00 p.m. for the remainder of your stay. Additionally, if the police are called due to a noise complaint, guests will be charged a $500 fee, which reflects the fine we receive.
