Cozy furniture, 9 foot ceilings, and original wood floors grace this inviting home. The property includes a designated parking spot. Being centrally located in St Petersburg, travel is fast and easy to all of the area's famous destinations.

Great location
Everything was perfect. The location was great. A short ride from the airport and to several beaches. We rented a boat for the day. It was a great get-away for my sister and I. The house had everything we needed and decorated perfectly. Definitely would visit again!

Perfect Stay
The house is darling and surprisingly larger inside than it looks from the road. The location was within walking distance to the St. Pete waterfront and it was a pleasure walking through the charming neighborhood. Important to me, the kitchen was very well equipped! Thank you hosts, well done!

Lovely home in a great neighborhood close to downtown St. Pete and all activities. Home is well furnished and very comfortable. Owner was available when we had a few questions during the stay. Enclosed front porch is a wonderful room we enjoyed very much.

We loved this two bedroom two bath for its spacious layout compared to many bungalows in the Old NE neighborhood. The front sun room was perfect for my husband to set up and use his computer during our 12 day visit. I also loved sitting there for morning sun on days too cool for outdoor sipping of my tea. A very short walk to the north shore park…maybe 10 min? Also easily walkable to the farmer’s market and St. Pete pier. Super clean & nicely furnished with extras like a generous welcome bag of Starbucks coffee, salt, pepper, some spices, and oils, beach chairs, a cooler and sand toys, first aid kit, etc.We enjoyed grilling on the gas grill, and cooked most of our meals for our group in the kitchen, and found everything we needed for meal prep. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to St. Pete..my favorite location of four rentals we have tried!

Old Northeast neighborhood is residential historic preservation come to life and house is within easy, quiet walk to a park/beach on the Gulf. Near great restaurants and wonderful downtown St. Pete. Property is as advertised, clean with all we were hoping for. Would love to visit Joy’s house again.

The property is clean, large and has everything you need. It’s in a lovely quiet neighbourhood just 15 mins stroll to downtown. Love the Wi-Fi which is 30 times faster than at home.

Best VRBO yet!
This cottage was the perfect place for my husband and me to explore and enjoy St Petersburg. The cottage was comfortable, immaculate and stocked with everything we could need. Coffee on the front porch was the best way to start the day and then we walked everywhere we wanted to go. Thank you, Joy, for our wonderful vacation.

Great place to relax but easy access to fun!
My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The street is very quiet and residential, but walking distance to the waterfront and many restaurants and amenities. There are many thoughtful touches in this home and it's great to have a parking space available.

Blues Festival
The home was the perfect location for attending the Tampa Bay Blues Festival. Joy was so good to us even allowing us to leave our suitcases in the back room after checkup. We had a later flight that day so we were able to enjoy the day without lugging our suitcases around. We really appreciated her kindness.

Another fantastic stay
We have stayed at this property multiple times and love it! Super location that is a short walk to the bay and to downtown. The house is a great size for a family, especially with two full bathrooms and two good-sized bedrooms. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need. It's nicely decorated and gets plenty of natural light. I have no doubt we'll be staying here again.

Beautiful and Quiet
Our family of 5 stayed in this adorable home to be close to a swim meet that our teenagers had. The home is beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. It’s a perfect location for walking to restaurants and even a “mini beach” nearby. Parks and just nice outdoor places everywhere. Host was perfect- responsive but not intrusive. We loved our stay here and would recommend to anyone looking at staying in St. Pete.

Exceptional Property & Perfect Location
A clean, comfortable , quiet, and roomy bungalow style home in one of the nicest neighborhoods in St. Petersburg. Property is well suited for two people or two couples or a smaller family. It is in a safe, established neighborhood within walking distance of downtown and the perfect "home base" for visitors that want to explore the area and then settle in for a quiet evening. I highly recommend this fantastic property!

After leaving a much colder climate in 2001 I toured the entire St Petersburg/Tampa Bay area and decided there is no better place to live then Historic Old Northeast in St Petersburg. It had so much charm! I quickly purchased this darling 1920's bungalow which continues to delight its guests to this day!
