Sleeps 6 (2 Queen beds and 1 Queen sleeper sofa) - No smoking, No pets, Grilling Not Allowed. Saturday to Saturday Rental.
$55.00/person/week for Sea Colony recreation fee for anyone 4 yrs. and older (Not Optional). Fitness Center/indoor pool/tennis. Outdoor tennis/pickleball courts.
