The backside of the house abuts the rolling green of Hazelwood Park, making it a quiet retreat from the bustle of the rich cultural city. This location is perfect for someone who loves walking, running or biking while soaking in constant ocean views on the 4 mile coastal trail that begins at the end of our street. Take a short drive to vibrant and lively downtown for food, fun and culture; or stay in the neighborhood and enjoy some local favorites.

The large bedroom, featuring a Queen-sized bed, vintage-inspired furnishings, a large bureau, and ample closet space, is tucked at the back of the house for added peace and quiet. The bedroom opens to a small hallway that leads to a full bath with a tub, stall shower, and closet. Down the hall is a second bedroom with a full-sized bed.
The hallway opens into the cozy living and dining rooms. The cheerful kitchen is fully stocked, and the sunny breakfast room doubles as the back entrance leading to the backyard. From the back of the house, you can enjoy views of the ocean and a local favorite, West Beach. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and welcoming.
