Old and need of update

House is old, but should still have general upkeep. Bathroom sick was clogged, doorknob in bedroom fell off and little kids were in the room, bed fell apart with 2 year old. Asbestos removal left Lois vacuum machines running all week in the basement. Carpet in dining room and bedroom very stained

Process and communication was easy with property manager, but the property itself was pretty run down and needs some renovation.

Terrific location, modest accomodations

Rented for location. Previous comments I reviewed were all very accurate. House is old and beat, but not dirty. All appliances worked and beds were comfortable. Front porch was awesome - even kids said how fun it was eating and playing board games there. Would stay here again for value.
