This 4 bedroom 3 bath home is decorated with fun, sun & everything beach in mind featuring an inverted floor plan with central air conditioning, recently renovated bathrooms and kitchen has dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer. Open concept living includes 2 TVs, 2 DVDs, WiFi, 3 open decks, charcoal grill and outside shower. Plenty of parking to easily fit 4 cars. Great location just steps from the beach and easy walk or bike ride to Grotto Pizza, Rosenfeld's Deli and Hook Em & Cook Em Bait and Tackle! Awesome second level Sun porch to sit out and enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails! Just the place to relax, unwind and make special beach vacation memories!
