About this property

The Eleanor - Maine Charm and Comfort on the Coast

Newly offered, "The Eleanor" offers a perfect blend of old Maine charm and modern amenities, nestled right on the picturesque coast. This space captivates guests with its classic New England architecture and contemporary comforts. Inside, you'll find cozy, stylish interiors with full functionality, making your stay both comfortable and convenient. Outside, Penobscot Bay offers views of the working bay with boats passing all day as well as stunning sunrises! Book for summer 2024!

Arrive at "The Eleanor" and be welcomed by a cheerful yellow door, your portal to a homey New England sanctuary. The main entrance, complete with a smart lock, allows you the freedom to arrive and depart on your own timetable. Inside, a cozy entryway leads you to a spacious dining room with space for family meals or take-out from one of Belfast's many restaurants.

Beyond this, the heart of the home unfolds—a kitchen and living area adorned with stunning views of Belfast's working bay. Also on this level is one of the well-appointed full bathrooms, laundry room and the primary bedroom, which boasts a luxurious king-sized bed, ensuring restful nights after your seaside adventures.

Upstairs, discover two inviting bedrooms along with a second living room that allows for spending time alone or communally. The additional bathroom is a true retreat, featuring a luxurious soaking tub ideal for long, relaxing baths. This serene space also serves as a perfect nook for yoga, meditation, or losing yourself in a good book, all while gazing through the picturesque window that offers a stunning view of the bay. This light filled floor is the definition of New England charm.

Outside there are plenty of seating areas and a picnic table for enjoying a meal or a cup of coffee outside. Please let us know if The Eleanor is missing anything as we want you to have a memorable and comfortable stay!

If you would like to book the entire home please find "Eleanor's Cove" at: airbnb.com/h/eleanorscove

You have access to the entire main house and deck. There is another unit below the main house, but you do not have access to this. It is available to rent as "Eleanor's Cove" if you'd like to have the entire house!

There is also a locked closet door that is for owner use.

I am close by if you need me - otherwise you will not see me!

Apartment underneath - please be respectful of other potential guests. They have their own entrance so there shouldn't be much interaction.

Also, the trash cans for both units are located at the bottom of the driveway.
