This unit has everything you need to have the best vacation that you can possibly have. The views are breath-taking from this upstairs unit. Within 1/2 mile is everything you could possibly need. Movies, groceries, water-park, go-carts.....and more.

Location and view make it a winner

Although the condo is dated, everything worked and the furniture was comfortable. The view from the balcony makes you feel like you are on the beach but you don't need to haul all your things down there to enjoy it. We absolutely loved it and hope to rent this unit again in a couple years.

Property Owner Ghosted Us

I booked this property in February for our October stay. We live in Indiana, when we were 150 miles away I realized I did not have the access information for the condo and it was after the time we could check in. I sent a message to the property owner and heard nothing. I had to reach out to Vrbo and they said they would get us a refund and to try to book somewhere else. Imagine how stressful trying to find a place to stay last minute during fall break. Then add in the fact I had been in the car driving all day with a 5 year old, a 9 month old, and 2 dogs. Then the day AFTER we were to check in they sent us the instruction information. I replied back that we arrived the day prior and once again heard nothing. So don’t book with any of their multiple properties unless you want to take the chance of being stranded.

Beautiful Beach View!

This was the best condo we have ever stayed at in Florida because of the beach views and sounds! You are literally right on the beach. Description of condo is right on! All of the staff there is super friendly and we felt very safe and secure. We will be back next year!

Amazing!!

10/10-we loved it! The chairs to rent on the beach were $40 a day & it’s first come first serve (blue & green umbrellas) make sure you get out there to get the spot you want. Okay first night we got there, unbelievable-we saw the blue angels fly over, we saw a couple get engaged, dolphins, and a freakin rainbow. It was unbelievable!!! We ate tomato sammies, chilled on the back porch and played games. Second day we brought all of our tents & chairs down to the beach (pro-tip: if you don’t want to rent chairs, leave your heavy stuff in your car, the stairs can be a pain). We had a BLAST - we ate at old steamers bay I think is the name? Ate crab legs that were amaze balls. We passed out at like 8:30 lollz-the next day we rented chairs & the umbrella-totally worth it!! We played & played all day long on the beach. We brought our lunch & named all the birds that wanted a snack (Gigi, Fifi, & Chi Chi) we went & ate at the back porch & bought a bucket mmmm so good. We ubered everywhere too-very easy!!! We just had the best time-it’s really all you need for 2 people. The price is right & the views really are amazing. The only thing that I would update for the trip details & the pictures is that the front door to the condo looks to be like the floor below it & that it looks like you don’t have to walk far to get to the beach. It is 3 flights of stairs plus a little walk around, but you are right there!! We weren’t expecting to be on the top. Thank you for the best time EVER!

Beautiful views, needs cosmetic updates

Overall, the condo was clean and comfortable, however, for the price that we paid for just 6 days/7 nights, we would've expected a more updated property. Lots of cosmetic things that the owners, I'm sure, can afford to update. (Molding/baseboards coming apart from the walls in the kitchen, the patio/deck needs a brand new coat of paint, etc..) The toilet handle and inner mechanisms were rusted out and ultimately broke during our stay. Although my VRBO property owner responded to my request within minutes, the maintenance man wasn't there for HOURS later to fix it. My point is, these are simple updates that should be fixed PRIOR TO guest arrivals. This all being said, however, it was a quiet, comfortable place and we did enjoy our stay. Only mentioning this so that maybe they can make some much needed improvements.

Amazing view, great unit.

We booked this unit because of the view and it’s close access to the beach. The view was great. I had to reach out to the owners for a concern and question. They responded very quickly and issue was taken care of. We even reached out to them to extend our stay another day and they were very helpful, nice and willing to work with us to stay an extra day! We’ll for sure come back to this unit. The only thing I would suggest to update the welcome email regarding the blue towels. The unit didn’t have blue towels and was later advised there aren’t any blue towels. It would also be nice to provide some basic cleaning supplies, like Lysol All Purpose cleaner, to help keep the unit tidy while there.

Loved the location.

The water in the tub/shower took an extremely long time to drain out and small bits of dark sediment material remained in the tub. Mattress on bed is worn out and needs replacing.

Overall good place to stay

First off I will say the location of the condo is great. You can not get any closer to the beach. With that being said the condo is in desperate need of updating. Everywhere you look needs to be painted. The toilet and the sink must have been made for short people, it literally feels like you are sitting on the floor when using the toilet. My back is still hurting from bending over to wash hands, brush teeth, etc. The place is advertised as pet friendly, however other tenants are not. From day one the neighbors had a problem with my dog. Just for clarification my dog is a 40 pound German Shepard mix puppy. The last straw was when the neighbors called security on me because they said my dog was whining too loud. We left a day earlier than expected, because we could not deal with the neighbors anymore. Like I said overall it is a good place, right on the beach with a beautiful view.

Fantastic place to stay

This was a really cute place to stay. The views of the ocean are wonderful. We slept to the sounds of the ocean. The beach was great and there was a place right there to get drinks and food. We were also able to bring our two dogs. A wonderful family vacation.

Condo was unbelievable. The actual pictures do NOT do the view justice. Actually got to meet the owner and he was great and was easy to communicate with through whole process. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful balcony view of oceanfront

Condo needs a little TLC. Drawers in kitchen are not working well. Overall impression great. Bed was very comfy and the unit was very quiet, no noise penetrating walls. Scale of 1-10 we would give it a 9. Super easy access to beach!

Great location

Gil and Debbie where great to deal with. The property location was excellent! restaurants, groceries, boardwalk, entertainment and deep sea fishing is a must! all within couple of miles. The wife and I had a wonderful time. We will be back!
