Welcome to Richmond! This beautiful home is one unit of a single level duplex located in a quiet neighborhood.
The space
Living room: The living room has two couches, a smart TV and a record player to enjoy!

Kitchen: The kitchen is very spacious, and stocked with everything you'll need to cook! Stainless steel appliances and has a dishwasher. There is a dining area with one table that seats four and also a barstool height table for two.

Master Bedroom: The master bedroom has a king size bed with a memory foam mattress, also a smart TV and attached full bathroom.

Second Bedroom: The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a memory foam mattress, and a desk and lamp to work at.

Bathrooms: Both bathrooms have soap, shampoo and conditioner stocked for you. The hall bathroom toilet has a bidet.

Laundry Room: There is a washer and dryer, rolling laundry hampers and tide pods/dryer sheets stocked.

Outside: There is a front and back covered porch, with two rocking chairs on the back porch. Please note the back porch is shared with the other duplex unit.
Guest access
Guests have access to one unit of the duplex, they have access to the entire unit, excluding the garage.
Other things to note
This home is SMOKE FREE and PET FREE, any evidence of smoking/pets in the home will result in a fee and being blocked from future stays.

There is 24/7 surveillance of this property, all security cameras are located on the exterior of the home.
