Wonderful Experience

We would absolutely rent here again. The owner is very responsive. The house is immaculate, well equipped, and spacious. The outdoor space is beautiful and there were plenty of lounge chairs and furniture. We've rented many vacation homes all over the east coast. This was definitely one of the best experiences we have had. I definitely recommend this for a relaxing, easy experience.

Great house in East Quogue

Our family had a great time at this lovely house, yard and pool. We were 4 adults for most of the time (10 nights) and one small dog. The house is spacious and well laid out, perfect for one elderly member who stayed in one of the 3 bedrooms downstairs which also had an ensuite bath. The master suite upstairs is luxurious and has lots of room for relaxing, great bathroom and closet space. We loved that the yard was flat and securely fenced in, plus very private with trees and shrubs around the perimeter. The pool is quite nice and large and was warm without ever using the heater (it was July). Both the AC and wi-fi worked well, which was key during the heat and with one member working remotely. The street is quiet, as is the neighborhood, and we were not disturbed by airport or highway noise despite the relative proximity. The owner checked in with us, was very easy to communicate with, and very responsive. There were ample instructions on the house/media/pool available for reference. We enjoyed daily ventures to other hamlets in the Hamptons - Quogue, Westhampton, Hampton Bays and Southampton are all super close and easy to get to from this location. Altogether, we can heartily recommend this house/owner!

Five weeks of PARADISE!!

I can’t say enough good things about this property and the owner! My husband and I stayed here for five weeks with our dog, some family and friends. We loved it so much that we extended our stay by one week! The property is GORGEOUS. Beautiful pool and landscape. AMAZING kitchen with a beautiful island. The property is completely fenced in so it was perfect for our dog. The property owner was extremely accommodating. Five of our seven guests were working remotely. The property owner even upgraded the internet for us! It was very easy to get in contact with him. He always responded within the same day. The location of the house was perfect with many great restaurants within 10 minutes of the house. We hope to be back soon!

An Absolute Pleasue

We loved our stay at this home. The owner was very nice and was always available if need be. We stayed for a month to get away from the city. The house is great for short and long term stays. Close to everything you need. We cooked on the grill almost every night! Neighbors were not too loud so it was great to sit outside at night and see the stars. I highly recommend this house and owner. We will definitely be back!

We attended the US Open at Shinnecock Hills and needed a place to stay that was close to the golf course and train station, as well as easy access to the highway and city. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, this property was clean, spacious and checked all our boxes.

OUR BEST RENTAL IN THE HAMPTONS EVER

We spent three weeks in July at the beautiful home of Yoav and his wife. Everything was perfect! The house is impeccable, and the garden and pool area are a dream. Yoav was particularly attentive about making sure that all was going well and responded right away to the few inquiries we had. It was easy, effortless, and we felt like guests of the family. Our friends/family who spent time with us were delighted to vacation with us in such a charming home.
