Newly remodeled in August 2018, Casa di Tramonto provides luxury accommodations, coastal decor, and the privacy of a beautiful gated community. Located in the exclusive neighborhood of Destiny by the Sea, Casa di Tramonto is less than a 90-second walk to the beach and huge community pool. This elegant home features 3,800 square feet with six bedrooms, five bathrooms, a bonus room for extra sleeping, and two living areas both with kitchens. The floor plan is generous to those who like to spread out and have their space!

You can find the main living room, dining room and gourmet kitchen on the second floor. The living room is newly furnished with coastal-colored furnishings and fresh paint. The open-floor-plan creates a spacious environment for family and friends to gather and make the best memories! The kitchen is spacious and provides guests with everything they need. Here you can prepare your family's favorite meals with top-of-the-line Viking appliances while catching up with the rest of your group gathered in the spacious living room. Send the kids downstairs where they can enjoy a secondary living room with an additional kitchen to prepare snacks! Each bedroom in this beautiful home is comfortable with ample space and your own flat screen tv for those times you just prefer your privacy. Brand new patio furniture can be found on the front deck where guests can take in the salty air and relax while cooking on the grill.

A large master suite features a king bed, sitting area, private balcony, and a spacious master bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, dual-sink vanity, and a standalone shower. A spacious double queen suite is also located on this floor. An additional king bedroom is on the main floor and also features a private bathroom. The ground floor is perfect for kids and is furnished with a bunk room, and two queen bedrooms. These rooms share a second common area complete with a full kitchen and dining area, perfect for movie night! This home has everything you need in a beach home! From the new coastal decor, to the luxury of staying in a private community, Casa di Tramonto is a travelers dream!

Great vacation

The property is at great location. Furnitures are little old and some are broken. The house is very clean and provided everything we needed during our stay, that’s all we care about. We would book again.

Destin

Location was great house was great, parking was an issue. We had five automobiles at the location had four parking passes, there was no way four cars were going to be parked in the space available. We called before we came down and asked what to do. We were told park at the restaurant up the street, so we did park two cars and one got towed cost us $350 to get it back and then we spent $255 for the two additional cars to park the rest of the week. Was very disappointed by this and will probably keep us from renting again.

Family Vacation

We absolutely love the location of this house to the beach and pool. We had ten in our group and the house was perfect. The only issue was the oven, it got extremely hot on the outside and didn’t bake evenly. Not good with small children. Otherwise everything was perfect. Would consider staying again.

We loved the property. It was very beautiful.

The house was perfect for our group. It had everything we needed for the week. Could not believe the ice maker kept up with us. The ocean was so clear with the exception of some sargasm. We were disappointed with the beach. It was covered with sargasm and not very pretty. We were surprised that the beach was never cleaned up. Being on a private beach was great. We would definitely rent here again.

Beautiful Neighborhood and Beach!

The house was huge and very accommodating. There were a few items in the kitchen that need a little work. Just a note: the oven gets extremely hot on the outside! We had a 2-year-old and were very worried about him touching the oven when it was on. Also, the oven temperature does not work properly. We were there over Thanksgiving and the turkey breasts we cooked in the oven were in there for 2 hours at 375 degrees (according to the directions and we had cooked this same meal at home with success) and temp of turkey breasts was 90 degrees!! Luckily we brought our Instant Pot and they finished cooking in about 30 min. The beds were VERY comfortable! The beach access was very close to us and the beach and sunsets were BEAUTIFUL! All in all, we had a fantastic vacation and will definitely stay in this neighborhood again!

Great house

Great house and location, enjoyed my stay with family. What I saw online was accurate. Overall good place I would visit again. My only suggestion is update the furniture, some were worn out and some were just old. The house can use a bit of face lift

A perfect place for an extended family gathering.

We were very satisfied with the house.and it's location - just a short walk to the beach. The furnishings and kitchen equipment/utensils were all high-end. We hated for our week there to end. If there was one thing that could be improved upon it would be to have more towel bars - especislly in the "jack & jill" bathrooms.

Listing accurate. Clean and well maintained. Very comfortable. Recomend. Great access to multiple beachfront restaurants. Less than a minute to the beach. New appliances. No issues a/c. Excellent internet wifi. Not good Verizon reception but adequate. Gated community.

Great location

Very short walk to white sand beach in a gated community with supplied bikes for kids to ride around. This house does not have a garage and the driveway is wide enough for 2 large SUVs or 3 smaller cars. Since overnight street parking is not allowed, parking can be tricky if your gathering involves multiple vehicles. There were a couple of maintenance issues with the house during our stay but the staff responded very quickly and took care of them. Overall a very enjoyable stay and we plan to visit Destin again!

A+ experience considering we booked it last minute due to hurricane Florence disrupting our plan

This property was perfect for our large family of 10 adults and 5 children 8 and younger. We loved how easy it was to walk to the beautiful Crystal Beach and pool. Felt safe in this gated community. The mattress in the big master bedroom was great. And the Five Star Property management team was very helpful. We would definitely stay there again;-)

Great trip!

We've been vacationing in Destin for 30 years. I've always wanted to stay in this neighborhood. I'm so glad we finally did! So close to the beach. Safe, secure community. And love the Old 98 location. Want to stay here again!

I <3 Destin!

This home was extremely comfortable for three families! Has a real cozy feel and a beautiful kitchen which was perfect for entertaining! Five Star property management went above and beyond to make our stay stress free and we thank you for that! Destiny By the Sea is a gorgeous community and the pool/gym were used just about daily. Can't wait for our next vacation to Destin!

The Place to Be Come Summer!

Destin, Florida is THE PLACE to be for a summer vacation. This home in Destiny by the Sea slept all 15 of us comfortably. The kitchen was the highlight of the home for me. Cooking on the professional range for more a fun activity than a hassle! All the bedrooms were well appointed and comfortable. Destiny by the Sea had a great community pool and workout room that were perfect for days we didn't head to the beach. The beaches were as beautiful as ever and the water in the gulf was quite warm. Five Star (the management company) was a great deal of help. From helping us book this perfect home, to greeting us at the property with freshly baked bread, we cannot give them higher praises. Highly recommend!
