Located close to many travelers activities; including Lake Activities, Skiing, Hiking and Historical Architectural locations. Cabin is about 15 Minutes from Bristol and The famous Bristol International Raceway and Thunder Valley Drag Strip. It has great mountain views while being only 4 Miles from the town of Elizabethton , Tennessee. Cabin retains all the features vacation guest are looking for Hot Tub, Game Room with 75 inch TV and new pool table and lots of room to stretch out. Large kitchen with everything you need, laundry room with Washer/Dryer. Bedrooms are large with private baths and walk in closets
Property adjoins the Cherokee national forest and hiking is available. The ski mountains of North Carolina are only a 35 minute drive. Watauga Lake and dam are less than 6 miles from the cabin.

My weekend dream come true
We had an absolute wonderful time in this beautiful mountain chalet. The views were dynamic and it was exactly as described. The check-in process was so simple and the owner of the property is such a wonderful host we celebrated my son’s 35th birthday and it was definitely one to remember. And I would stay here again in persona minute

Great spot just outside Johnson city
Richard was very kind and accommodating to our family, being flexible with both check in and check out times. We had younger kids (7 and under) and they had so much fun with the provided Lincoln logs, hot tubs, playing Chronicles of Narnia in the huge closets. They loved the Black Bear in the living room! This was a very quiet and serene location and we would most definitely stay here again. Thank you Richard!

Amazing little cabin
The pictures do not do this property justice. It’s such a cute cabin with plenty of open space to entertain a large family group. Kids loved the game room downstairs and adults loved spending time on the patio at night with the cute lights. Hot tub was super clean and nice. The only downfall was the lighting was super hard to get used to with the remotes and switches. But overall great place. 30 min from Bristol motor speedway we stayed here for Country Thunder.

Fabulous Cabin!
Our family LOVED the cabin. It's a gorgeous home with large, well appointed rooms. This was one of the few places that was far better than what the pictures showed...and it had looked pretty great. The living area is huge...with plenty of seating. The TV had everything we could think of to watch. The fireplace lights up with the touch of a remote. The beds were comfy. The kitchen is stocked with spices, all sorts of pots and pans...everything we needed and much more. We didn't have a chance to use the hot tub...but everyone wants to go back and try it out! We enjoyed the pool table downstairs and sitting out on the balconies overlooking the beautiful property. The Owner was great. This is a wonderful rental...and the Christmas Tree was absolutely amazing!

Peaceful, easy feeling!
Our recent stay was exactly what we wanted - a quiet and relaxing getaway for our anniversary. The property is beautiful, the home is well stocked with everything you need and is very spacious and comfortable. We took day trips to Banner Elk, Boone, and Blowing Rock to see the leaves changing, but also had plenty to do close to the Cabin (enjoyed visiting the local dams). You feel secluded with plenty of privacy, yet restaurants and stores are only a few miles away. Richard was easy to get in touch with and we had no issues. We have already booked our next stay!

What a great "get-away" location.
The cabin was perfect for us. It is close to several restaurants, grocery stores, and many outdoor activities yet seems as if it is located all by itself in the mountains of Tennessee. The large screen TV's are great. The hot tub and pool table were pleasant distractions. We will definitely be back!

Secluded and Peaceful
This place was perfect for my family of 6 adults. Everything we needed was there which made for a comfortable stay for a week. The house is very secluded and private. We were in town for a family member who was in the hospital. Unfortunately we weren’t vacationing so did not take full advantage of what the home had to offer, ex: pool table and hot tub. We did see lots of wildlife while out on the deck. There were bunnies, deer, birds and even bats. The highlight for us were the lightning bugs, lol. We don’t have them where we live in Florida. I would highly recommend this home if you are looking for comfort, peace and relaxation.

Great cabin near Johnson city
We stayed here with 2 family groups for ETSU graduation. It's a beautiful lodge, not too far from Johnson City. There were a few small issues with an inflatable mattress & loose toilet seat, but the owner was responsive & said he has taken care of those things. All linens were clean & plentiful. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We would stay here again.

Even better than the pictures!
My family of 8 had a wonderful time at the cabin. We really enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. The setting was amazing and there was something to keep all ages entertained. Just a short drive to Sugar Mountain for our ski trip and we all slept amazing in the comfy beds. The cabin was stocked with everything we needed. The host was super responsive and accommodating. For the money, there is not a better value! We hope to visit again for years to come.

We enjoyed our adult time with our framily from Ohio and Florida at Buckhorn Lodge. We had a few issues with the fireplace and the ice maker not working properly but Richard sent his maintenance man right over to address the issues. Thank you for our stay!

Great family cabin
Great place for our family for the week. We really enjoyed the 3 large bedrooms with walk-in closets and their own bathrooms. The kitchen was a huge plus for us since we cooked all our meals there. If you like to hike, we suggest Laurel Falls from the Dennis Cove trailhead. There is quite a few stairs at the end to get down to the falls but totally worth the effort.

Thank you Richard, we absolutely loved staying in your cabin. The house fit us nicely. I would recommend this to anyone. We rode our motorcycles around Tennessee, then took a dip in the hot tub. Enjoyed our coffee on the deck. Simply Amazing!

Great Rustic Log Cabin Experience
Although you are close to stores and restaurants, you feel as if you are all alone in a remote mountainous area. We loved the rustic feel but were pleasantly surprised with the WiFi speed and the big screen TVs. Each bedroom having it's own bath was a big plus. The kitchen was well equipped and everything worked as advertised. The hot tub was clean and the driveway up the steep hill was paved. This was a fantastic get-away location for our adult group.
