Escape to this stunning 3BR/3BA retreat, featuring two primary suites for ultimate comfort and privacy. Experience seamless indoor-outdoor living with an open-concept design that flows to your outdoor oasis. Relax by the private pool, dine al fresco, or unwind in the plentiful, cozy lounge spaces. Perfect for families or groups, this stylish getaway offers modern amenities and a serene ambiance. Conveniently located close to everything you need, yet tucked away in a new, quiet neighborhood.
* Base fee is for 6 guests. $30 per guest per night over six guests and up to the maximum occupancy of eight guests.
*Low/Non shedding dogs (only) allowed upon approval. Please inquire to have pets approved before reserving. $150 per pet per stay or week. Two max. Thank you!
* If you have a fully trained and medically needed service dog, we would appreciate prior notice so that we can prepare for it. Thank you!
YOUR INDOOR SPACE-
Bedrooms: This thoughtfully designed home features a unique floor plan with two spacious primary suites, each with an en-suite bath and walk-in closet. All three bedrooms offer king-sized beds, quality mattresses, and comfy linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of fun. In order to sleep two additional guests, we offer two, quite comfortable trifold floor mattresses that can be placed anywhere you choose. For added peace of mind, all mattresses and pillows are encased in protective covers. Each bedroom also includes a smart TV, allowing you to unwind in private relaxation. We have streaming capabilities but no local TV unless attached to your app.
Bathrooms: Each of our three bathrooms—including two en-suite primary baths—is stocked with plush luxury towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and more, so you can pack light. The primary en-suites feature spacious walk-in showers, while the guest bathroom includes a shower/tub combo for added convenience.
Kitchen: Our fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals for your group. You'll find full cookware, bakeware, BBQ utensils, and essential pantry staples like oil, spices, coffee & filters, and tea, so you can pack light and shop less. The open-concept layout allows the cook to stay connected—whether guests are gathered around the kitchen island, dining table, or relaxing in the living room. Cooking and entertaining have never been easier!
Living room: The open-concept living room seamlessly connects to the kitchen and dining area, while a wall of sliding glass doors blurs the line between indoors and out. Cozy up on the plush sofa, with the fireplace flickering and your favorite show on the big-screen TV, or simply unwind as you take in views of the outdoor oasis, where relaxation and fun await.

Escape to the serene outdoor pool, where you can relax under the sun and cool off in crystal-clear water. Lounge in comfort on the Baja deck with eight sun loungers and take advantage of the large umbrellas thoughtfully placed around the pool—providing plenty of shade for those hot summer days. It’s the perfect place to relax, refresh, and enjoy. Please note that the pool is not heated.
This backyard sanctuary also features cozy outdoor seating arranged around a large TV—perfect for game nights, movie marathons, or simply winding down after a day of exploring. Just steps away, the outdoor dining area sets the scene for unforgettable meals with loved ones, all with breathtaking mountain views in the background.
With the added privacy of a corner lot, ambient lighting, and a seamless indoor-outdoor flow, this outdoor living space is a dream come true for entertaining, relaxing, or just enjoying the moment.
PARKING: We offer free parking in our 3 car garage, driveway, and street parking.
* Unless you have made your reservation on Airbnb, there will be a security deposit HOLD of $500 during your stay. Your card should not be charged unless there are damages or extra cleaning found after checkout.
*Security cameras have been placed in the front entry facing the street and in the garage. No cameras are present in any indoor or outdoor living area.
****Our home is a No-smoking ($500 fine if evidence is found at checkout) and we ask that guests remove their shoes as we strive to have the cleanest and best maintained property we can for comfortable guest stays.
*Because of the pool and safety concerns, please leave the slider locked if children are in the home unless supervised outside by an adult. The front door must be locked at all times because of direct access through the house to the pool. There is an alarm with a noise bypass on the slider leading to the pool. It can be annoying, but required by state law. However, this can be turned off by a switch. If turned off or the batteries are removed, it is at your own risk. Also, it must be turned on and/or batteries re-installed before checkout. Thank you.
You are free to use every area of the house, garage, and outdoor facilities. One closet in the home is locked and reserved for consumable products that housekeeping utilizes.
J and Amy, your co-hosts, are available should you need them. Just reach out on the message feed. In cases of emergency or problems with check-in, please give them a call.
Mountain View Retreat is located in a popular and sought after community in Mesquite called Cambria. Located north and a bit outside the main part of town, it is surrounded by beautiful desert landscape. The hills and bluffs provide views and a plethora of places to walk. Everywhere you turn, you will see the Virgin Mountains, rolling sand hills and stately bluffs of the valley. As this is a brand new community and some houses are still being built, guests will experience some construction for a time.
* Unless you have made your reservation on Airbnb, there will be a security deposit HOLD of $500 during your stay. Your card should not be charged unless there are damages or extra cleaning found after checkout.
* NO SMOKING - $500 fine if evidence of either. Thank you.
* Propane should be operated by adults only.
* Please remove your shoes.
* Garage Remote - Please leave where you found it. $200 replacement fee if lost.
* Please keep noise to a minimum in respect for our neighbors, especially outside. Quiet hours are 10:00PM-8:00 AM. If management is called out for a complaint, there may be a fee of $100.
* Measures have been taken to ensure your safety.
