Modern design meets rustic decor in our charming and cozy home. Located in a quiet area in Imotski close to Makarska!

Perfect backdrop for a relaxing, carefree and comfortable holiday! Ideal for a family.

This house was completely renovated in 2014. It was built in the 1920's. The house consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One room has a separate entrance and its own bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances and has a beautiful view of the mountain.

The house has a large pool that provides complete privacy. Next to the house is a barbecue and covered place perfect for outdoor dining.

Everything in the house and around it is yours to enjoy. There are a lot of plants and fruit trees that you can pick up from. New golf course in area is situated 3 km from the house.

Gornji Vinjani are located 5 km from the town of Imotski, which is known for its natural beauty such as the Red and Blue lakes. Imotski is located 30 minutes drive from the tourist town of Makarska, located along the coast.

This area is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the peace and unspoiled nature. Also, the border of Bosnia and Herzegovina is 10 minutes driving so you can easily visit Mostar or Međugorje.

Peaceful, idyllic location
We loved our holiday accommodation. Really peaceful and set in the countryside with great views and privacy. Pool was perfect and we all enjoyed the garden area especially. Inside the house was clean and had everything we needed. Air conditioning kept the house at a cool temperature. We explored much of Croatia from this base, the coast being only a 30 minute drive. Makarska was lovely for a meal out in the evening. All in all a great holiday which we will remember fondly. Thank you

Awesome vacation home!
The vacation home ist superb. The photos realisticly show what you get. Everything is clean, well in shape and you definitely see the hosts investment. At first the house was not easy to find. An advice to future guests: prefer Apple-Maps or Bing over Google-Maps. The hosts are friendly, courteous and helpful with every request we had. We had a lot of fun. Five stars from us.

Un petit coin de paradis
Toutes les prestations étaient parfaites ! Les photos sur le site reflètent tout à fait la décoration et l'ambiance de la maison. Vraiment un endroit où l'on se sent tout de suite bien et qui participe à la réussite des vacances. L'organisation des espaces extérieurs autour de la piscine permet aussi de profiter pleinement des journées ensoleillées! Attention cependant, l'adresse n'est pas facile à trouver sur place!...

Das war wirklich ein Traumurlaub... Dies war unsere erste Reise nach Kroatien und wir wussten gar nicht, was wir erwarten sollten. Wir haben uns sofort in das Land verliebt!!! Unser Gastgeber Iva war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Natur ist hier wunderschön. Es ist so ruhig. Die Unterkunft ist total ländlich. Das Haus sieht genau so schön wie auf den Fotos aus. Es ist sehr sauber und voller Licht. Hat unsere besten Empfehlungen. So nun heißt es warten bis nächstes Jahr. Wir kommen immer wieder :)

Perfect way to enjoy in the nature and have a rest
Perfect escape from city crowd and fuss. Very quite and peaceful place with a beautiful landscape. The house owners are friendly and kind, at your disposal when ever you need. The house is clean and contains all utilities that is neccessary.

Perfect house
We had wonderful stay at this house. Everything is nice and clean, Iva was a great host. Location is very good because you need only 30 min to the coast. Our kids loved the pool and outside area. We recommend this house to everyone who wants to enjoy in peace and nature.

One word - perfect!
We had a great time, we enjoyed in peaceful atmosphere. It is a perfect place for family and kids. Makarska and Split are very close. Everything in house is clean and brand new. It is an excellent place to enjoy nature and feel peaceful atmosphere.

Lovely quiet place for spending holidays
Lovely and quiet place in nature where we had really great time. Here you have absolutely everything to enjoy your holidays, and the seaside is also very close. In house everything was clean and brand new. And what's important it's perfect place for families with kids. We liked it so much! :)

Fantastic landscape and a beautiful, clean house
I had an amazing and peaceful stay in this gorgeous stone home with a luxurious pool and a fabolous view of the extraordinary Biokovo mountain range. Iva was such a caring person and very informative regarding all things related to Croatia. Ill be back soon!

perfect break in the nature!
We Had a wonderful time in Iva's house. The house is very cosy and perfect for family. We spent evenings outside around the barbecue and enjoyed in a sunset. Location is very good because you can easily get to the coast (30 min driving) but most of the time we spent on a specious pool. We really enjoyed in every sec in this house. ;)
