There is plenty of space for the entire family in this spacious 5 bedroom/ 4 bath home, centrally located to both Dallas/ Ft Worth area airports. The home is just minutes from either airport (DFW 7 miles, LOVE 7.6 miles).
Your spacious and luxurious vacation rental is 3200+ square foot of fun for everyone. We can easily accommodate up to 20+ guests.

The great room (living/ dining/ chef's kitchen) is all set and fully stocked with all the supplies and amenities to make this a memorable stay. Just bring the groceries and the family & friends to enjoy together time for all.
There are 5 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, crib, and an on-suite bathroom. A second bedroom downstairs has a queen sized bed with adjacent bathroom.
Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms (2 have queen beds & the other has 5 beds - 2 bunkbeds) with 2 attached bathrooms.
There is a BRAND NEW 32,000 gallon below ground swimming pool and hot tub (32' x 16') for you to cool off those hot Dallas days and nights. The new pool has in-pool bar seating to belly-up next to the outdoor kitchen, tanning ledge with bubble features, and a water feature with two deck jets and two cascading waterfalls.
There is a stunning linear fireplace with glass fire rocks just behind the pool, which can be seen from either the front or the back. This is a stunning feature to watch, day or night.
We also just completed the new outdoor kitchen, complete with professional 36' natural gas grill, 60,000 BTU side burner, vertical pellet smoker, and pizza oven. Just think of the family fun with the massive cookout and swimming in the stunning backyard.
Both the linear fireplace and outdoor kitchen are fueled with natural gas from the house, so you never have to run out for propane ever again! Just focus on the family fun in this beautiful new backyard!!
Please note that the garage is currently being utilized for storage by the property owner and is currently off limits to guests.

My husband Neil and I have a modern blended family with extended family disbursed across the globe. Our kids are grown and are starting families and careers of their own now, and we are starting the 'grandkid' and 'empty nest' stage of our lives. Meanwhile, we have a member of our immediate family who needs full time care due to a critical illness.
