Beautiful newly renovated 3 bedroom 2 bath villa with private pool in sunny Florida located 2 hours from Miami and Orlando. Relax by the pool and enjoy tropical bird on the golf course. The house is located steps away from altitude Academy. In winter time, renters can request the pool to be heated. a $15/day will be charged separately if you choose to do so.

I love how green this neighborhood feel. it is a very quiet community, 15 minutes fro0m beautiful beaches.
What makes this property unique
expansive view of the gold course, the house feel very private without looking at other houses. Very relaxing space but still conveniently located to stores and beaches.
