Nestled in the tall creamy tower of Kiawah Island's Windswept Villa's, this 2BD/2BA island getaway may be one of our best-kept secrets. With a convenient location that's in close proximity to the elevator, The Willow Villa is almost unassuming until you open the front door and are immediately met with breathtaking ocean views. Featuring a bright, open floor plan and coastal-inspired decor, this condo delivers the wow! The compact kitchen has high-end finishes and everything you need for creating your favorite dishes, and open to the nearby dining table with seating for six. The bright living area features walls of windows and doors that step out to a balcony overlooking the ocean.

The serene and inviting primary suite, truly steals the show with a luxurious KING bed surrounded by views of tall palms and the rolling ocean - it's like waking up in a cloud overlooking the sea. The ensuite bathroom includes dual vanities, and an oversized walk-in shower. The Willow Villa's cozy second bedroom is comfortably appointed with TWIN beds and a private bath.

Steps away from the beach, the Willow Villa comes with two dedicated parking spaces and is a short walk to the Sanctuary where you'll find dining options from family-friendly casual to romantic date nights, a luxurious spa and even some must have shopping items to commemorate your trip.

You'll also enjoy the convenience to East Beach Tennis Center and access to Kiawah's five renown golf courses, including the famed Ocean Course.

NOTE: The Willow Villa is a FAMILY FRIENDLY condo and parties and/or events are strictly prohibited. Every property in our portfolio is designed to host only vacation guests, and guests of Luxury Simplified Retreats are expected to abide by the rules and NOISE ORDINANCE enforced by the Town of Kiawah Island. Those that violate the terms of occupancy, host events, and/or parties will result in immediate loss of use. The Willow Villa is a NO SMOKING property. No exceptions. The Willow Villa does NOT allow pets. No exceptions.

Access
Each of our luxury vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guest's stay will be provided by your Concierge on the date of your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, your concierge will be ready and waiting to assist you by phone. Every vehicle MUST have a gate pass to access Kiawah Island. The Town of Kiawah Island allows each reservation to give up to two (2) gate passes per stay. No exceptions.

Interaction
Upon arrival, after the established 4PM check-in time, you may enter and exit the rental at your leisure. Your Concierge will meet you at the property upon check-in and provide valuable information about the home. Should an in-person meeting not work out, your Concierge will provide you with all the instructions you will need. We are here to make the check-in process a seamless one!

Our concierge team is committed to delivering exceptional service, impeccable cleanliness and all the amenities of your everyday home. With each stay you will enjoy high thread count linens, spa quality towels, hair dryer, ironing board, washer and dryer, standard coffee maker and Keurig, kitchen cookware and utensils, shower toiletries and soaps, extra linens and towels, air conditioning, cable, and wireless internet, and more. With our concierge services you can choose to have our team handle all the details of your trip. From stocking your refrigerator to reserving beach equipment, there isn't much our Concierge team can't help you with during your stay. And should you need any recommendations, it would be our pleasure to provide suggestions for restaurants, make reservations, organize activities, and answer any questions.

We offer the option to purchase trip insurance through Rental Guardian. We highly recommend adding trip insurance to your reservation, especially if you are traveling during hurricane season (June-November).

At the time of booking, we require a payment of 50% of your total rental amount. The remainder of your balance will be due 30 days prior to your check-in date and will be automatically charged to the card we have on file. If you are booking within 30 days of your expected arrival date, the full payment is due at the time of booking.

The Town of Kiawah Island has a noise ordinance from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. daily. Please be mindful of your neighbors. Noise complaints can result in fines and rental termination.
