Spacious 3 Bedroom Park City Condo Steps from Main Street

Our spacious condo is a 5 minute walk home from the slopes at the end of the day. It is the perfect place for a family (or two!), friends, or colleagues to stay while visiting Park City. We are just an easy staircase away from all the shops and restaurants on Main Street and we have a reserved parking place right in front of the building.

Note: It is possible to walk from our building to one of the runs that goes to the Town Lift, and then take a 5 minute walk home at the end of your ski day too. Please inquire for details (this is not a good idea with young kids). I am happy to answer specific questions if you message me.

My family and I own a great, spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo in a historic building steps away from Main Street in Park City right next to Grappa restaurant. It has a large living room and separate dining area, and a fireplace that is open to both the living room and dining areas.

The first bedroom has one king bed, the second has one queen bed, and the third has one twin bed and one set of bunk beds (3 twin beds total). A comfortable pack and play crib with extra mattress is available and will fit in the king room for sure and maybe in the queen room. We have 2 twin air mattresses available which fit easily in the living room. The condo sleeps 6 adults plus 1 infant very comfortably, 7 people plus 1 infant if you use the upper bunk.

Walk out the door and you are an easy staircase away from all the restaurants and shops on Main Street! Or walk up the stairs and access one of the ski runs that goes to the Town Lift (not recommended with kids). Or drive somewhere and return to your dedicated parking space right in front of the building.

Check-in can happen any time of day or night. We use a secure keypad lock instead of keys. (The code is changed for each new guest).

The building is at the "top" of Main Street (at the top of the hill as opposed to the bottom of the hill). The Main Street Trolley runs up and down the hill and is free to use -- just like the rest of Park City's public transit system. It is also easy to walk up and down the hill -- and that way you can browse in the cute shops along the way. Buses that go to Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley -- or anywhere else you want to get to -- go from the bus station near the bottom of Main Street.

Park City's Town Lift chair lift is located at the bottom of Main Street and is one option for accessing that ski resort without having to drive there.
