Just imagine: you land in a tropical island, take a quick 10 mins ride from the airport to your beautiful modern house, where you can jump in a refreshing pool right away! Have fun playing foosball, or enjoy a drink (or two) sitting at an outdoor bar. Connect to complimentary WiFi to send pics of your amazing vacation home to your friends! Then you grab beach chairs, some floaties and beach toys, sunscreen (we have all that in storage ready for you) and walk five minutes to one of the best beaches in Puerto Rico! Enjoy dining outside, try local cuisine in a variety of restaurants close by the house, or stay in and do some bbq on the grill that we have for you. Oh and if you run out of avocado or cold beer, there are two supermarkets that are open 24/7 in the area.

Group of 10 friends enjoyed this house for an extended weekend. Great for a group and everybody gets their own bedroom. Pool was nice and adequate for hanging out in.

Great stay at Villa Roja with friends. House had everything we needed and within walking distance from some beautiful beaches. The indoor/outdoor patio area and pool make a great location to end the night with drinks and conversation by the pool under the bistro lights. Would definitely stay here again!

So much room! The ambience with the open design to the pool and outside area feels very laid back and tropical. We walked to a couple of very good restaurants and the owner was friendly and welcoming.

The house and pool were amazing. The hosts got right back to us all the time. The nearby beach was beautiful. The rooster was the only issue for sleeping but we realize that is not the hosts fault.

Perfect weekend stay!
We had a great weekend at Villa Roja! The house was perfect for our group of 10. Location was super central for short drives to other parts of the city. Our only issue with the house was that there’s a few roosters that start crowing at 3am until the morning right outside the house, which made it difficult to sleep through the night. Otherwise we had a great stay and wonderful time!

An Amazing Get A Way
We had a group of 11 of us and we had plenty of room, the layout is awesome, we're a 5 minute walk from a beautiful, safe beach and the owner and manager were very attentive and helpful. Highly recommend!!

PR is my new favorite place to visit
I love the beauty of Puerto Rico! The people are Amazing! Very comfortable and beautiful here. The VRBO is nice and clean and fun! The only thing that was an issue is the crowing rooster!

Good location
We have a huge party of 10. The house is very clean. Plentiful of towels and a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. The AC was very strong in every room. We have 2 huge SUVS and they fit well inside the gate. The host was kind to greet us upon check-in to give us the lay of the house. The pool was nice and stayed cold. Would recommend anyone to stay here with a big group as there is alot of space for everyone.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE
This place couldn’t have been better. Was very accommodating for a large group of friends. 5 min walk to the little private beach to watch the sunset and very close to all attractions throughout the city. I would highly suggest this house and will be back again soon!

Lovely spacious home!!! We loved this house, there was a lot of dining and seating space, which was exactly what we needed for everyone to hang out but also for everyone to be able to have time for themselves. Group Getaway House
Plenty of room for 6 or more with options for group entertainment as well as solitude if wanted. Close to the beach, Old San Juan and restaurants. Highly recommend Barbacoa right around the corner for lunch or dinner and the walking tour of Old San Juan. We had a group of 6 and this was a perfect location for us to spend our vacation. The hosts were accessible, accomodating and full of local informational tips.
