Nestled in the woods of the Pocono Mountains area in a family oriented secure gated community this sun filled home offers peace and tranquility away from the busy noise of the city. Providing that connection to nature. Tons of outdoor activities in and around the community all with in a short drive away. The community also offers Three Lakes , Tennis Court basketball court , baseball field. This 2 night minimum has 3 bedrooms with a loft over looking the living room. Each room is fully furnished with walking in closet, dressers for undergarments, Smart tv with bluetooth sound bar, and a queen sized bed. The loft area has 2 futons that can provide 2 more beds. There is room to accommodate 4 more people provide that those who wish to bring air beds. Linen and wash towels are provided. Also there is an on sight washer and dryer. And for those summer days and nights you can sit out in the screen in porch and watch deer roam the back yard. The occupancy of this house is set for 8 guest comfortably but can accommodated 12 limit

Very Homie comfortable stay.

Accommodated each of the guests that were with me. Enough entertainment area for the whole group. Neat Alexa system setup. There was also a few bored games for people to use. And a stack of Brochures with different things to do ib the area.

Great Birthday Weekend

Thanks to Jeff I had the perfect birthday weekend. I previously booked somewhere else and the owner stopped responding so I was in a last minute scramble to find somewhere else. From the moment I contacted Jeff, he was nothing but responsive and helpful. We spoke multiple times before check in. He allowed us to check in earlier. He was also responsive to whatever we needed during the stay. The house was warm, clean, and beautiful. It was perfect for our group of 10. The only warning I will give us about the driveway which Jeff warned me about before arriving. It is very steep and unpaved. Definitely have someone guide you as you are backing out so you don’t end up stuck and needing a tow like I did! Aside from that, it was a great weekend.

Horrible filthy

This house was awful in every way. The kitchen was not only not properly stocked to cook in but it was filthy with rodent feces in all of the cabinets and drawers. The stove did not work and smelled like there was a gas leak. The carpet was so stained we had to wear shoes the entire time. There were not enough towels for everyone to have their own after a shower. We also had to wash the dirty towels that were left from The guests before us!! The sheets were very obviously not washed either. Clearly there was no cleaning service. At all. The vacuum was broke so we couldn’t even sweep the dirty floors. We swept the carpet with a broom and dust pan to get it some what cleaner than it was. I could go on and on but I think that is enough. We were told we would get 300.00 back which hasn’t yet happened. I would expect more than that for the condition of the house and the fact we paid almost 1000.00 for the weekend. Had we not had 7 kids with us between the ages of 8-13 that were super excited to celebrate the New year together we would’ve left. Instead we cleaned until all night. These people should be banned from this site. We were completely robbed of our money on a holiday weekend.

If you’re looking to disconect from your daily routine and spend some quality time with family and friends, this is a really good spot to do it. It is nicely located close to all major attractions nearby. The only complaint I have is about the heating. The heating system is not enough to keep the entire house comfortable. The entore first floor (living room, kitchen, master bedroom and master bathroom) was always cold but the second level (extra two bedrooms and bathroom) was fine once the heat was up. Other than that, this is a very nice place to spend time on.

Beautiful house

We had a wonderful stay in this house. It is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The living room is beautiful, and we were able to use the fireplace (bought our own firewood - just no wrapped pine as Jeff advised beforehand). The master bathroom is also gorgeous, with a jacuzzi/shower. (Be careful with the plumbing; it seemed very sensitive, with the tub being difficult to drain and the toilets needing multiple flushes - one clogged at the end of our stay). There is a full kitchen, and some basic spices (salt/pepper/garlic) are in the cabinets. The coffee maker is a Keurig, so bring your own pods or instant coffee. It's a pretty area - we took a walk around the neighborhood and to the lakes. It was a lovely getaway for staying in over New Year's and playing games (there were some board games in the closet as well). Jeff also allowed us to check out two hours late provided no one booked a stay for that coming night.

It was an amazing stay!!

We loved everything, everything was clean it was spacious it was very home warming and it had basically everything We needed to spend the night I would recommend this house to anyone wanting to look for a home to stay while in Pennsylvania. Definitely coming back with friends and family !!

A great home away from home getaway

I absolutely loved this property and its structure. The best feature in this home is the main bathroom and the amazing sun room, the deers that roams near the sun room is a great attraction. Thanks Jeff for sharing your home with us😊
