Enjoy this oceanfront two-level house with a fabulous view of the ocean! Featuring four bedrooms, two queen pull-out beds to sleep 12 guests and 2 1/2 baths. Enjoy the cool ocean breeze & ocean views as you relax on the upper sun deck of this elegant beach house or walking the beach in the ocean water. The house is located in a quiet part of south Cocoa Beach, close to restaurants and surf shops. The house is fully furnished with bedding, linens, towels and kitchen utensils, beach equipment for your enjoyment. This is the perfect place for large families and or family reunions in famous Cocoa Beach.

Perfect Location

This property was the perfect location for our family and the friends that stayed with us. The proximity to the beach was the best aspect of this rental (you can’t beat walking off of the deck directly onto the beach to watch a rocket launch just before sunrise), but the accommodations worked well for us also - we found there was plenty of space for the 9 people staying in the house to fully relax and enjoy the week. The property manager was very responsive and also was eager to provide suggestions on things to do in the area.

Wagner family bucket list vacation

Outstanding value for our family of ten. One of our daughters got engaged on the beach ! Elon helped out by shooting off a rocket which we watched from the back deck. Felt like a real home for us. Great beach with decent sized waves all week. Disney Star Wars one day and Kennedy Space Center on another .We will be back !

Family vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is right on the beach, which was fantastic. It’s a quiet stretch of beach so we were able to enjoy our family time without tons of people everywhere. The taco place next door was great!! The only things: the stairs inside the house and from the porch to the path to the beach are extremely steep. Not for anyone with mobility concerns. The stairs to the beach could use a rail to increase safety. I also read on this site that there were beach chairs at the house available to use. Unfortunately, all but 2 were broken. We ended up having to purchase chairs locally, which was frustrating since we could have brought our chairs from home. Would recommend reaching out to management company prior to arrival to confirm what is actually there. The house has been well used and some bed linens were frayed and really should not have been placed on beds for guests. There were extra sheets so we were able to swap them out. Much of the beach toys were broken and the bin that held them had beer cans mixed in with them. We didn’t love our 5 year old grabbing smashed beer cans. We also had the feeling that the cleaning staff did not do the best job cleaning prior to our arrival. We ended up wiping down kitchens and bathrooms prior to use. Overall this is a fabulous location and we had a blast!

Better than expected!

Don’t be fooled! The pictures and description of this property do NOT do it justice! It was INCREDIBLE! It was a HUGE space that made traveling with 4 giant teenagers a pleasure! The property needs a bit of updating (deck, lighting in kitchen area, bedding), but if we ever stay in Cocoa Beach again, this property would be my first choice! The cleanliness was not quite up to par, and I was very disappointed not being able to use the jacuzzi tub, but considering the size of the space, turnaround must be a enormous job! We had a hiccup with the power (power company problem), but as soon as I contacted the manager, it was quickly fixed! We were all incredibly happy during our stay and plan to return!

Awesome Vacation!!

This was a great place to stay. Very convenient to the beach without crowds of people. We loved the outside deck area and even got to watch an Atlas V rocket launch our last morning from Kennedy Space Center. Also a wonderful Taco restaurant 200 ft away. We will definitely stay here again!!

Great time at a great place!

Location was perfect! Very low key and not crowded. Place was very clean, updated, spacious with lots of amenities. Loved the master bedroom and the great view! Also the big deck was very nice.

Fall beach getaway!

Our family (2 adults and 2 kids) had a great few days in this place. The location seems odd when you arrive from the road, but from the beach side it's lovely. Friends of ours rented other places down the beach and we all spent time together on the beach and on the huge deck. House is spacious and clean, and we appreciated the beach toys and chairs available to borrow.

Small family get together

Awesome spot on the beach. Spacious area but alot of stairs for elderly & if there were to be any little ones. Beds were all comfortable & all areas were clean. Nice Kitchen & appliances. Beach access and the view of the rocket launch was unexpected but a definite bonus for our stay. Steps to the back deck are a little too high and a little difficult for everyone to get in n out without fear of falling. And parking is a little tight altho we were able to squeeze in 3 sm suvs & a Pacifica in the spot. But overall a great spot and we had a great time. Thank you.

Great rental property perfectly located right next to a taco restaurant. Very clean with everything needed to cook meals. Very spacious and perfect for a large group. I will definitely plan for another stay here.

Watch your step!!

Great location. Very close to beach and town. Tacos at restaurant next door were excellent. The stairs from house to porch are too deep and people almost fell a few times. Also, walkway to beach needs work. Pull out couches were not useable for adults and way too uncomfortable so really only sleeps 8 unless with small children. Kitchen was well equipped.

Perfect Beach Vacation

Wonderful spacious clean property with good beach access. My three children, joining me from New Mexico, would love to visit again. Kitchen well equipped. Would benefit from a new beach umbrella.
