Wonderful place with friendly staff

It didn’t have any hidden fees for cleaning and maintenance and all employees were extremely nice and helpful! We will definitely be back!

My stay at sand piper cive

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very bad right from the start the office staff repeatedly charged my credit card then told us we had to leave cause the short chick at the front desk didn’t enter my billing info correctly which left me with 2 1200 dollar charges on my account leaving me with no vacation money for four days overall stay was terrible I would recommend a different location only good thing I would say is the beach is private and u get free chairs but anyway luckily I had some friends in Panama City beach who made up for the bummer in Destin we went and had a blast in PCB which is where we will be next

Relaxing get away!

Good stay!

I really did love this place! The only concerns I had was the front burner of the stove did not work. Also, I saw and killed a cockroach each day we were there. Otherwise, it was awesome! I would definitely stay there again, but be super mindful of placing bags, etc on the floor.

Sandpiper Cove is awesome!

This unit was perfect for me and my spouse! Loved the paid chair rental and umbrella! Definitely a plus! Would recommend this to anyone! Very clean and just perfect!

Great condo decor and location especially if you have children

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great condo. We have stayed at Sandpiper cove for 10 years now. This condo was one of our favorites. It had all the storage, patio furniture, and kitchen accessories you will ever need. We loved the decor, the storm door, and the location was great for us. We enjoyed the stairs off the balcony, the in-condo laundry, the beach service and the large tub. The only downside was all the eyes on the stove were not operational and neither were most of the outlets in the condo .

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We felt very comfortable in this great condo. The bed was comfortable, the A/C worked great, instant hot water and a very clean kitchen. Bathrooms are important to us and we loved the standard height toilet (not short) that flushed well, the brightly lit shower and great storage space. The washer and dryer worked like champs! We loved having our morning coffee on the nice size deck with plenty of seating to watch over the ninth hole and nearby pool.

Small Family of 3-June vacation

Reviewer Comments: Looks exactly as pictured with furniture, etc. Had issues with TV and internet going in and out-seemed to be an electrical issue that we did have to have maintence come in to fix during first day. They showed us how to reset when the fuse would blow-which happened multiple times throughout our stay. Air conditioning leaking water on TV and wall. Condo had an odd smell to it. Staff and secuirty were very friendly. The condo worked well for what we needed for the week. Multiple pools throughout the property, one of them is right in the backyard of condo-very convenient. Can easily drive across the street to ocean/beach, could also walk but we had a toddler so it would have taken us longer. Close to everything we wanted to do and go. Close to a Walmart and Target for needs during stay. Overall, this met our needs and we would consider staying again in the future.

Condo was clean and well equipped. Having washer and dryer in unit was convenient. King bed was comfortable. Queen sleeper was not that great. Difficult to open and close and consumed the whole living area off very small condo. Distance to beach was way too long. Condo was at the end of the complex and far from everything. No signs to show Office closes early and hard to communicate with. No complimentary beach umbrellas and chairs were available for this condo although, on the phone, we were told otherwise. It’s $35/day. Representative also assured us that the condo is right on the beach. It wasn’t. We walked 12 minutes , went through two coded gates and crossed a highway to get to the beach while carrying umbrella and two chairs we bought and other things. I wouldn’t stay there again

Otherwise, condo was clean and had all amenities. Distance to beach was a good 10 minute walk, with two coded gates and a street to cross. No Complimentary beach service for this condo. Make sure you have a car. Uber or Lyft aren’t reliable. Nearby stores and restaurants are not a easy walk as you need to exit the property from entrance gate that is about 10 minute walk from this condo, then there’s a highway to cross. Great place for golf. Beautiful beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sandpiper cove is in a good location, beach is right across the street and parking wasn’t an issue, even during spring break. Good value, worked well for me and three teenagers. I saw reviews about an old sofa but they must have replaced it because it seemed newer. Kitchen was well equipped, has a keurig too. Bring your own laundry soap and maybe a roll of toilet paper, also paper towels. They provide enough for two dishwasher loads and some dish soap, as well as a couple rolls of TP. It’s only steps from one of the (unheated) - pool was clean. This place was just right for us and didn’t break the bank.
