The apartment is located in a quiet area of ​​Can Picafort, ideal to disconnect from the routine. It is located a few minutes from the sea and about 200 meters from the beach. It is a very well distributed apartment ideal for 2 or 4 people, it has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower and with all the comforts for them to enjoy (air conditioning, heating, cot, sofa, equipped kitchen, terrace, elevator. ..). The totally new and well equipped kitchen with access to the balcony.
Right in front of the apartment is our pedestrian promenade.

And you can also practice different leisure activities such as: diving, horse riding, bicycle, car and motorcycle rental, visits to the natural park of the Phoenicians and l'Albufera ...

Agréable séjour

Bel appartement, propre, fonctionnel et bien équipé, proche des commodités. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et avons passé un agréable séjour. Un petit bémol cependant : le canapé-lit du séjour est inconfortable pour dormir.

Helle und saubere Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist hell, sauber und bietet alle Bequemlichkeiten, für einen schönen Urlaub. Die Betten sind gut. Die Küche ist mit allen Untensilien bestückt, die man braucht. Das Fernsehgerät bietet viele deutsche Programme. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge zu unterschiedlichen Zielen, zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto. Vielen Dank Montse und Paco - Ihr seid aufmerksame und nette Gastgeber! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Pure Erholung

Wir waren Anfang Februar in der Ferienwohnung von Paco und Montse und wurden überaus herzlich empfangen. Gerade in dieser kühleren Jahreszeit ist diese Ferienwohnung ideal. Sie ist warm und trocken, hat einen großen Balkon mit Morgensonne, ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet und das Meer liegt direkt vor der Haustür. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Sehr nette Gastgeber. Sehr angenehme wohnung mit tollem Meerblick. Balkon sehr schön zum frühstücken. Wenn was gefehlt hat, konnte man darum bitten. Danke Montse!! Wir hatten tolles wetter aber dafür kann montse nicht;-)

Schöne ruhige Tage in Ca'n Picafort

Wir waren Anfang Dezember 2019 dort und hatten schöne ruhige Tage in der Wohnung von Montse und Paco und im Ort. Die Begrüßung durch eine Freundin war sehr freundlich und angenehm. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, der Wohnraum großzügig und auch einem morgendlichen Frühstück auf dem sonnigen Balkon stand nichts im Wege. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man benötigt, ein angenehmes Schlafzimmer mit guten Betten, ein funktionales Bad und eine voll eingerichtete Küche (Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine). Selbst eine Waschmaschine steht zur Verfügung. Montse und Paco sind sehr aufmerksam, äußerst freundlich und kümmern sich sehr um ihre Gäste. Überraschend großzügig war auch der Willkommensgruß. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Bedanken uns noch einmal für die großartige Gastfreundschaft und wünschen den beiden immer nette Gäste.

Muy Bien

Die Wohnung bietet alles was das Herz begehrt, es ist ruhig, hat genügend Platz, ist sehr sauber und liegt in der Nähe von Restaurants, Cafés und Supermarkt. Schöne, saubere Ferienwohnung in idealer Lage

Liebe Montse, wir hatten eine tolle Woche bei dir in der Ferienwohnung in Can Picafort. Deine Ausflugs- und Restauranttipps waren super. Danke auch für den tollen Obstkorb und die Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung :) Die Wohnung ist groß und gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Küche hat sämtliche Ausstattung die man benötigt und der große Balkon lädt dazu ein draußen in der Sonne zu frühstücken. Der Strand und verschiedene Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen und kommen sicher mal wieder! Viele Grüße aus München Sarah & Johannes

Sehr schöne Wohnung und sehr gastfreundliche Vermieter

Die Ferienwohnung von Montse und Paco hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Aus dem Schlaf- und dem Wohnzimmer hatten wir einen schönen Blick auf das Meer und auf der großen Terrasse konnte man gemütlich frühstücken. Von Montse und Paco wurden wir bestens betreut und kamen täglich in den Genuss selbstgebackener mallorquinischer Leckereien. Hola Montse, hola Paco, wir danken Euch für den wunderschönen Urlaub in eurer Wohnung und dafür, dass ihr euch so gut um uns gekümmert habt (Transport der Getränke). Ihr seid einfach super. Die Wohnung bietet alles , was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Der Strand und einige gute Restaurants sind gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Danke auch an Nati (ist der Name richtig???). Sehr gute Fe-Wo. Die Wohnung ist gemühtlich, voll funktonell eingerichtet mit Balkon und top Aussicht aufs Meer und Berge. TopLage zum Wandern, Baden und Fahrradfahren ruhig gelegen aber doch zentral. Die Eigentümer sind super nett und für alle Fragen hilfsbereit.

ruhige und entspannte Urlaub

wir sind zum zweite Mal bei Paco und Monse gewesen und es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist so schön hell, geräumig und funktional eingerichtet. Wir wurden mit einem Willkommensobstkorb und vielen anderen kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten empfangen. Wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Ankommen, Wohlfühlen, Urlaub

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Ferienwohnung von Paco und Montse zu Gast. Die Räume waren wieder hell und sauber wie beim ersten Mal – wir fühlten uns gleich heimisch. Diesmal konnten wir bei besserem Wetter als im Vorjahr auch den Balkon nutzen. Highlight war wieder der Sonnenaufgang – der Tag konnte kaum besser anfangen, als mit einem Sonnenaufgang über den Bergen der Serres de Llevant. Die Wohnung liegt recht ruhig in Can Picafort, einige gute Restaurants befinden sich in Laufreichweite. Um die Versorgung ist es aufgrund zweier naher Supermärkte und eines kleinen Lädchens (für die Frühstücksbrötchen und Obst) ohnehin bestens bestellt. Wem das zu wenig ist, der findet Richtung Alcudia ausreichend touristischen Rummel. Für uns war die ruhige Ferienwohnung diesmal Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der reizvollen Umgebung (Sierres de Llevant, Puig de Sant Marti, Furmat, aber auch einiger Bergtouren in der nördlichen Tramuntana. Auf dem Puig Tomir wie auch dem Puig de Tossals Verde oder um den Puig Roig war es bei blauen Himmel einfach traumhaft. Paco und Montse trugen auf Ihre sympathische und nette Art zum Gelingen des Urlaubs bei – Herzlichen Dank nochmal! Übrigens, wenn mal was klemmt wird ganz schnell geholfen!

Ottimo appartamento a Can Picafort

Appartamento al secondo piano di una palazzina con bella vista mare, comodo ascensore. Ben arredato e spazioso, ben pulito. Grande terrazzo da cui si ammira una spettacolare alba sul mare ogni mattina alle 7,00. Cucina ben attrezzata (anche se manca la macchinetta x il caffè che è comunque ottimo nei bar della zona a prezzi poco superiori all'Italia). Divano letto per il terzo e quarto ospite molto funzionale. I proprietari sono simpatici e disponibili e facilmente rintracciabili grazie anche alla loro costante presenza nel loro supermercato a circa 500 m dall'appartamento. Vicino a locali, ristoranti, supermarket e belle spiagge.
