I am retired from the Bakery business (La Kookie Bouquet) for 16 years as well as home sales for 10 years. My wife Tatyana and I own and manage nine properties with eight in the Corpus Christ / North Padre Island area and one in San Antonio Texas. My wife is a piano teacher of 35 years and currently teaches private piano lessons in San Antonio and Corpus Christi / North Padre Island.
