This home features single floor living. The stylish living area has expansive park views and is open to the kitchen and dining space. A 55" Amazon smart TV with complimentary Hulu Live access in the living room makes it convenient for logging in to any of your personal accounts with ease.

Just down the stairs off of the front door is where you can spend the afternoons soaking in the sun. Our private pool can be heated for your enjoyment when temperatures during your stay remain above 40 degrees. Additionally, the lower level features an entertainment space for all of your outdoor family activities.

The main level also features a full laundry room with free washer and dryer for your use.

The kitchen area includes a full size refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, stove and oven, microwave oven and a breakfast island perfect for meal preparation. Appliances include a drip coffee maker and Keurig coffee maker as well as a blender.

The expansive wrap around porch features a propane grill and seating areas throughout to enjoy your meals.

We do have an elevator within the unit and ask that it is used only by those with handicaps. Please let us know if you need access to the elevator for a guest with disabilities. YOU MUST REQUEST ELEVATOR USE FOR HANDICAP GUESTS PRIOR TO THE DAY OF ARRIVAL WITHOUT EXCEPTION
