Ideal vacation rental with large outdoor space. Gourmet kitchen, 20 ft ceilings in living room, media room with couches and tv. Extremely clean home, perfect for entertaining. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood that's close to Interstate 40, Downtown OKC, Airport, Bricktown, White water, Frontier City, Oklahoma Zoo, Cox Center, Outlet shopping and more!

Guests will have access to the entire fenced backyard, which includes a spacious covered patio, and sun deck! This home is a single story home.

Perfect for four couples, a big family, or just a traveler looking for a relaxing getaway. Children are welcome❤️

We've tried to anticipate your every need to help make your travels a little bit easier. The house is well appointed with essentials, including a Keurig coffee machine with pods, dishes, towels, wine glasses. We do provide olive oil and salt and pepper for your cooking convenience.

The 4th bedroom is set up with two double beds. Pack and play crib and high chair available on request.

Additional queen size air bed in the house to accommodate extra people. A good spot for this is the master suite or in the 3rd bedroom, which both have adequate space.
The spacious living room also has a daybed and a trundle for your comfort.
The dining room table seats 6. Additional table and chairs available, the spacious bar seats two.

Greats stay
It was an awesome place very clean and very prepared. There were a ton of amenities that I did not expect like grill and shampoo and soap the place was in a safe neighborhood and was perfect for the occasion!

Just what we needed
The house was the perfect size for our stay! Clean and stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfy, and layout of the house was nice and open. Gerry was a great host and was very responsive to our request. I will definitely stay here again!

Out of Town Marylanders stay!
Our stay was wonderful. The house is spacious and clean. We all had a wonderful stay. A suggestion would be to invest in new guest bed mattresses. Otherwise the stay was perfect.

Oklahoma Youth Expo Stay
We were in Oklahoma City for the Youth Expo. This house was perfect for us. Very clean and spacious. There were seven of us and we had lots of room to spread out. Hope this home is available next year!

Very clean and well stocked. There was enough room for my family and our two friends. The media room was really something else, my son loved it!! View Downtown OKC was within 20 minutes so it was a convenient location too. Highly recommend.

If you are the Oklahoma area and need a large house this is just perfect. Gerry the host was very communicative and helpful. The house is spacious and very comfortable. Superbly equipped but special praise for the kitchen with a good supply of all the small things, spices, salt, pepper, coffee etc. REALLY well done as so often this is an annoying part of a house like this. Overall EXCELLENT !

The house was beautiful; location was great and the property was very well kept !!!! The owner had special goodies; coffee and a welcome basket with sweets and popcorn. Kitchen well stocked with dishes. YES I will definitely stay again. Favorite part was the Theater Room ❤️❤️ All recliners for the family with a chest stuffed with throws/blankets . Very relaxing 😎

The house was clean and ready for us to stay when we arrived. We had everything we needed during our stay. The movie room was a great way to relax in the afternoons. The homeowner is personable and caring. Gerry kept us informed of weather events in the area and made sure we were aware of what was going on. Lots of wonderful modern space!
My family of 5 visited my son who is in the military forhis birthday. This house was PERFECT! We had lots of areas to spread out, but also be together as a family. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook my sons favorites. We also enjoyed the patio and the highlight was the media room to relax in after a day of activities. The home is in a awesome new area with new homes and cute shopping centers.

Great place to stay!
Spent 3 nights here and everything was great. House very clean, nice neighborhood. Gerry was on top of everything when in came to the check in and check out and if any issues/questions came up (which they didn't). Would definitely stay again if I am back in the OKC area. Media room was a nice place to cool down and relax after a hot day out and about. Looks like the area is fairly newly developed so the roads into the neighborhood were a bit rough but nothing to complain about. Kitchen had everything we needed, Patio out back was nice in the evening once it cooled down a bit. Highly recommend staying here for any occasion. Thanks again Gerry for your great house and hope to be back again.

This house is well worth the money!!
The owner provided just about anything you would think you need! We hosted family for breakfast and had like 17 people there and there was plenty of room for everyone to hang out. We had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone with a big family! The owner was easily accessible for questions. We didn't have any issues with anything at the house. Beds were comfortable. Tons of towels and extra blankets we're provided!! Best rental experience so far!! Back desk and yard with grill was a favorite place for us to hang out. The internet was really fast!!

Oklahoma Wine Tour Weekend
The property was very nice and there was plenty of room for the four guests. We enjoyed the patio area and the cinema room for visiting. The kitchen had plenty of appliances and dishes, but there was nothing in the pantry for fixing a meal, i.e. seasonings. To cook you will have to bring or buy everything you need. That was probably the most disappointing thing about the property. We were checking out some of the local wine tasting establishments and did enjoy that. The house was in a good location for traveling in the OKC area. Thank you G erry for taking good care of us.

We came in for a wedding in OKC from Arizona. It was perfect for our family. In a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room, very cleans with everything we needed for our stay. Gerry even went the extra mile by shooting us a text notifying us of a small storm heading our way. So we wouldn't be caught off guard. Thanks again Gerry!

Best home in/near OKC by far!
The home was very comfortable, had all the amenities you could need. Home owner was extremely helpful and nice! Wonderful, quiet neighborhood that was very safe. Easy to park larger trucks/vehicles. We stayed here for a horse show at the state fair park, it was an easy quick drive. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and will definitely be back if available!

Nice housen in a safe neighborhood
My family enjoyed the house. The cinema room is great and the beds very comfortable. All is very clean and well maintained. The host was very responsive and a pleasure to interact with. If we return again to OKC (we are from Switzerland and not regulalry in the OKC area) we will for sure consider this property again. You can book without hesitation when travelling with children. Ours enjoyed the house.
