Enjoy all luxury and the amenities vacationers in WELLFLEET are looking for. Custom decorated with new furniture, mattresses, kitchen appliances, All clad pots and pans and Wusthof knives

Not only is this a great property, but the location is incredible. Sandy Cove is located within walking distance (1/2 mile) to the bay and the bike trail. Enjoy all that Cape Cod and Wellfleet have to offer:

You'll especially enjoy the special extras like cooking with All Clad Pans, Kitchen Aid Mixer, high end blender, coffee grinder, drip/K-cup and French Press - Not your average Cape Cod Vacation rental.
For those nights when you are up for a juicy steak or fresh fish, prepare your meal on the Weber gas BBQ grill. While the chef is cooking, relax with your favorite beverage, play games or picnic on the beautiful deck or screen porch.
Ready to retire for the evening? Choose from 4 separate climate control Air Conditioned rooms (quiet mini splits - not those loud window air conditioners :). with all new furniture and mattresses. Two Primary Bedrooms with King Beds (one with en suite bath), a bedroom with 2 twin beds and the 4th bedroom with a queen bed. All bedrooms with exception of twin room have Smart HDTV's
First Floor has master bedroom with en suite bath and 1/2 bath and laundry room, kitchen, living, dining room, screen porch and deck.
Second Floor has 3 bedrooms and a full bath
Looking for that extra space for a rainy day. Head to the lower level where you will find a ping pong table sitting area an 84" 3D TV with MANY movies to choose from.
Access to basement for bikes, kayaks, canoes, etc.

Linens are included FREE (sheets for all beds depending on amount of guests - one bath towel and face cloth per guest, hand towels and kitchen towels) Upon arrival, you will find all the linens nicely folded on each bed. Guests are asked to start laundry upon departure one in washer and one in dryer - no folding. - detergent is provided by owner for linens.

Wellfleet getaway

Was the perfect getaway for 6 women celebrating our 70th birthdays. We loved the location which was quiet and had all the amenities you would ever need. The place is open and had many spaces to relax in. Short drive to ptown where we went on a tour of the dunes. And then went on a boat ride to see the seals.

Quiet - Great Space

We enjoyed our visit with our family of 5. Plenty of room for all - nestled back in quiet area but good location to see much of Cape Cod. We ventured to P-Town and Hyannis/Nantucket from here and it worked great. Great hosts.

Lovely stay in Wellfleet

Wonderful Stay!

The house was very well-appointed and extremely comfortable for a small family with children, located in a quiet and private neighborhood not far from the National Seashore, and overall a great experience. Sherry was proactive and easy to reach and check-in/out was seamless.

A truly wonderful and lovely house

This beautiful, meticulously kept, furnished and equipped house was perfect for our stay with its open floor plan for living and dining, master bedroom suite and 3 bedrooms and bath on the second floor. We also enjoyed the dining area in the screened-in porch with grill on the deck and the ping pong table in the basement. The house and its furniture were immaculate. The neighborhood was perfect for morning walks, and there was easy access to Route 6 and all the beauty of the Cape in both directions. Sherry was an attentive and caring host.

Perfect stay in Wellfleet

Sandy Cove met every expectation, and still found a way to exceed those expectations! Everything you could possibly need for a great stay from linens to beach chairs to a fully stocked kitchen was there upon arrival. Sandy Cove provided everything to make our stay perfect. Great house in ideal location

This house is perfect for the 3 generation family or just a bunch of friends getting together. It is very well stocked, and is very comfortable. It’s location is ideal to Marconi and all of the Wellfleet bay beaches. We’ve stayed in a lot of places up and down Cape Cod over a 50 year span, and this house ranks among the very best.

A magical week at the Cape

We have been coming to the Cape for over 30 years, and Sherrilyn's house is at the top of the charts- clean, well located, beautifully decorated. We also very much appreciated the air conditioning during the hot and muggy evenings.

Great weekend get away for friends and children

Sherri Lynn was truly an incredible host and her home was equally as wonderful. There was great communication and the house was fully equipped for children. There is no doubt I will be returning to this beautiful home with family and friends!

Sandy Cove was the perfect Wellfleet property for our family.

Sandy Cove is a beautiful property in excellent condition. The owner was very easy to work with. We were in town for a family wedding on Mayo beach. The kitchen and living room and dining room areas all felt updated and new. Our group enjoined the ping pong and TV in the basement as well. We would highly recommend Sandy Cove for your visit to the Cape.

Wellfleet gem

This property was in a beautiful neighborhood that felt safe and welcoming. The house was super clean and the owners thought of so many nice amenities that made the week extra enjoyable. The kitchen was well stocked with very nice pans, bowls, strainers, on and on! Best kitchen I've used through VRBO. (Don't forget to check the shelves in the mud room and coffee bar area for more cookware, appliances.) Furniture in the house was sturdy and attractive. There was a very nice screened in porch and deck overlooking the area. We played Swoop (card game) almost nightly at the large dining table. My 4 year old granddaughter and I turned the four cushions of the large ottoman over and found four trays that we used to make doll house furniture rooms with our Calico Critters. It was a favorite place to play. Our sons enjoyed playing ping pong in the basement. We ventured out each day to different parts of Cape Cod and had a wonderful time!! Thank you Sherry for being such a thoughtful host!

Great stay at excellent location

Beautiful house with carefully thought-out amenities. Everything was immaculate and the location is perfect, close to Marconi Beach, bike trail and excellent take-out and eat-in restaurants. The owner was very available and welcoming. Look forward to future stays!

We enjoyed our stay very much! A gorgeous beach, great bike path, and yummy restaurants were nearby. It was near attractions without being overwhelmingly touristy. The host was very quick and clear with her responses. Very pleased!

A Great Experience

We've been going to Wellfleet for years and this was by far our favorite rental. Loved the house! It was immaculate, tastefully decorated, has a beautiful kitchen, is super well equipped with just about anything you'd need, and is perfectly located near all of our favorite beaches and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Lovely Wellfleet accommodations for a family stay!

This is a wonderful, large, immaculate, and well-appointed home in a great location that was perfect for our 6-day family get together. Open floor plan, tons of windows letting in light, fresh air, and the sound of the breeze in the pines, plus a deck AND a screened-in porch that we took advantage of for dinner and breakfast. This is NOT your typical rental home. The kitchen is a dream if you like to cook - it is so well appointed - Sherry has provided pretty much everything. My daughter was thrilled that she didn't have to bring her blender to make smoothies and I was happy to have a mixer for baking a cake! When we had trouble with the oven I dug around in the drawers and found an oven thermometer so I could figure out the right temp. (Sherry says she plans on replacing the stove.) Plenty of empty cabinets for your groceries and anything else you brought. We may have done more cooking than other people on vacation. LOL The coffee/drinks counter keeps everything organized! We didn't even need coffee filters. Our 20-somethings rented bikes and were able to hop across Rt. 6 to the Rail Trail, or ride around the neighborhood to enjoy the views - especially at sunset. :) And went on runs to check everything out too. Bike rental at Little Capistrano was super convenient for picking up and you can drop off after hours. Starting the laundry the morning you leave is a tiny inconvenience compared to having to bring linens for all the beds, all towels, etc. Sherry provides detailed instructions and detergent so it's easy to plan for. My dad is 92 yrs old and I was a little concerned that there are no grab bars in the shower. If you are coming with older folks you might consider the portable suction-cup bars. Our parents used to have a second home in Wellfleet, and we know the effort it takes to keep your home looking great and your renters happy. This is a terrific property and one that we would be thrilled to return to on another trip. Thank you, Sherry!

Couldn't be better!

Clean, beautiful, well appointed, lovely neighborhood, ten minutes to Macroni Beach, Audubon Nature Center and other beaches we loved. Sherry came over within five minutes to help us with the baby gate. We appreciated the bottle of wine and congratulatory card. We used every part of the house and had a wonderful time.
