Villa Ashlyn has a magnificent view of the water and is the perfect place to enjoy relaxation and make your stay in Florida simply perfect! This bright and welcoming 2200 sq. ft. house offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house is nestled in a tropical garden and located in a quiet yet convenient area close to shopping centers, family restaurants, and grocery stores, all within a few minutes' drive.
KEY FEATURES: This home is pet friendly; has bicycles for guests.
Living Room: The comfortable living room is great for entertaining company or watching your favorite movies on the flat-screen TV available. Relax with a coffee or a good book in the family room and enjoy the view from sliders that lead out to the lanai.
Dining Room: The formal dining room is off the entrance and has seating for six.
Kitchen: The open kitchen is furnished with all the usual appliances and offers an adjacent breakfast bar for four people.
Master Bedroom/Bathroom: The large master bedroom features a King-size bed and a flat-screen TV. Leave the private sliders open at night and fall asleep to the sound of the canal. The master bathroom offers a double sink vanity, a Jacuzzi tub, and a large walk-in shower.
Guest Bedrooms/Bathrooms: The two guest bedrooms offer Queen-size beds, and they both share the second bathroom.
