TAKE TIME.........Our condo is a beautiful oceanfront 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped condo in Orange Beach, Alabama. Our unit is on the 12th floor which gives spectacular views of the gulf and beach. There is updated ceramic tile throughout condo with new dining and living room furniture. The two bedrooms are equipped with new mattresses. Both bedrooms have been outfitted with new bedroom furniture, headboards, night stands, and dressers. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with new king mattress (2022) and the bedroom is oceanfront to hear the surf at all times. The second bedroom is equipped with two comfortable double beds. Both bedrooms have attached full bathrooms. The sofa in the living room is a sleeper sofa. There is a flat cook top stove and new above stove microwave in the kitchen. There is updated kitchen cabinets with granite counter top. The master bedroom and living room have direct views of the ocean. There are 3 HD smart TV's in unit. Throughout the condo there is high ten foot ceilings which gives the condo a very bright and spacious feeling. Free Wi-Fi is provided for our guests. There is a washer and dryer in unit. Watch the porpoises from the balcony as you eat your breakfast or lunch. There is a covered reserved parking space for unit guest. The building has an indoor and outdoor pool with 3 hot tubs. There are two lighted tennis courts, a basketball court, a racquetball court, two pickle board courts, a shuffle board court, a sauna, an ocean view weight room, and too many miles of beach to walk.
Great news, in 2015 your kids are able now to enjoy a new 1300 sq. ft. Caribbean Pirate Inspired Splash Pad downstairs by the pool. The area consists of a Pirate Sloop and Ship’s Bow with Slant Jets and Water Cannon, a Beached Boat Wet Slide, a Palm Tree with Water Dumping Bananas as well as a Tiny Tulip Flower Spray. You can see pictures of the Water Park placed at the end of the condo slideshow. It’s sure to keep your little Bucket-heads busy throughout your vacation.

OUR UNIT INCLUDES A COVERED RESERVED PARKING SPACE. THE COST FOR PARKING PASS IS $55 AT THE FRONT DESK. OUR UNIT IS ALLOWED TWO PARKING PASSES IF SECOND PASS IS NEEDED (for additional $55)..

Exceeded Our Expectations

The condo was clean, well-maintained, tastefully decorated and commands a magnificent view of the beach. There were no shortcomings between what was advertised and what was delivered. Dishwasher and washer/dryer were new (or nearly new) and the kitchen contained every appliance, plate and glass/mug needed for a short or longer stay. The only disappointment was the weather (certainly not our host's fault). Fickle Mother Nature delivered a storm that dumped about 6" of snow on our ocean paradise. Snowmen gathered on the beach and then decided to hang around for 3-4 days. Stores and restaurants closed. Roads and bridges were hazardous. Despite the cold weather, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This property will not disappoint!

So much fun

Beautiful and very close to beach. We could hear the ocean at night. The owner had wonderful Recommendations for meals out when we weren’t cooking fresh seafood on the grill below our balcony. Lovely kitchen.

My husband and I are frequent Brett Robinson Phoenix stayers! This was our first time staying at the Phoenix V and It was wonderful!! We absolutely loved the building and our condo! The condo was very roomy and as listed on the listening I booked from! Wonderful view from the 12th floor! The host of our condo was awesome at communicating the check in and check out details! We were right across the road from some great restaurants too! 10/10 stay! We will be back!

Great Getaway!

We had a great time! The property and all its amenities were exactly as promised. Our host, Daniel, was extremely helpful. He provided us with detailed check-in and check-out procedures, as well as information about the condo that was useful throughout our stay. He even offered suggestions for nearby places of interest and gave us names of some great restaurants to try. This was our very first rental experience and it was certainly a positive one for us. I would definitely recommend this property.

Family Girls' Trip - Orange Beach

This is the second year the girls in our family have stayed in this condo for our annual family beach trip. We will be booking again next summer for sure. The condo is clean, well stocked and has great views. The location is perfect and with the beach only steps away, we always have a fun time. Daniel is a great communicator and always answers any questions in a very timely manner. Thanks for another wonderful vacation!

The property was just as described in the listing. Breathtaking views from the gulf. Everything was clean, updated and comfortable. Everything you could need for your vacation including toys, chairs and shade for the beach. We loved our stay.

Family Vacation

We stayed here with our two babies and it was perfect. The condo was clean upon arrival. It’s on the end of a hallway so it was nice and quiet. We loved staying here. We plan to stay here again next summer.

Nice init in orange beach

Check in was easy, door inlocked about 3:30. We swam at pool since we were there early. Linens appeared clean and fresh. Bed spread duvets did not appear freshly washed so we removed them. Kitchen had basic cooking materials. Drip coffee only would have loved a kpod machine. Older bathroom fixtures with short cabinets and shower head in both baths.

Great location

This is a great condo and location if you are visiting Orange Beach. The check-in is a bit chaotic and the elevators are always a wait. Be careful the morning of check out as we were locked out an hour early... thankfully we had left the teenagers sleeping.

Great location and perfect place to stay

The condo was absolutely perfect! It had everything we needed and was very clean. The bathroom was spacious and the kids had their own bathroom off their bedroom which was a lifesaver. Probably some of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in too! Check in was easy and having the covered parking garage space was the best thing ever! We will definitely return!

Orange Beach

Loved the condo and location. Eveything needed to get you started in terms of kitchen and laundry in the unit. Great communication and beautiful view. Very clean. Confortable beds! Sauna did not work, but looks like property is in progress of enhancement in lobby, so believe it was just temporary and our timing. It would have been nice to have an outdoor hot tub option as the three were a bit overrun with kiddos in the indoor pool area, but these were just minor things. The amenities of the property were great and the owner was wonderful! Had that not rain the first couple days we were there we probably wouldn't have even noticed those minor things🙂

Nice condo. Loved the living room coffee table and end tables. The coffee table lifted up for a desk and the end tables had extra computer outlets. Great location and view of the ocean sunrises!

Fall Break Getaway

6 of us stayed in the condo for a week during fall break (3 kids, 3 adults). The view was perfect, we had plenty of room, and we truly enjoyed every minute of our trip! We have been to Orange Beach multiple times and haven't stayed at this condo before. I had a couple questions for Daniel and he was quick to respond. There were extra blankets and plenty of towels, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for all of our home cooked meals. Thank you for letting us vacation at your lovely condo!

We never get tired of the beaches, the food, the golf, the friendships, the tennis, and the southern hospitality. This place is truly magical. We have been blessed with incredible lifelong friends in OB over the years. This is where some of our fondest memories have been made....

Why they chose this property

Phoenix V (5) is ocean front and uniquely has a basketball court to shoot 'hoops' and two lighted tennis courts that are conveniently accessible. You can play both pickleball and tennis. We now, as of October 2014, have a 'splash pad' for the young children adjacent to our large outdoor pool. The indoor and outdoor pools are very large and well maintained. We have three hot tubs which never makes it crowded.
