The recently renovated townhouse has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 1 half bath and can sleep up to 11 people (using a pull out sofa bed in bonus room and a futon in the living room). It has an open floor plan kitchen, dining, and living room space. There is a loft bedroom with a private half-bathroom with twin beds. The house is a short drive from stores, restaurants, and other shore points and only a short 10 minute drive from Atlantic City. Short walk to the beach. Beach chairs, 6 beach tags, toys and umbrellas provided. Outside shower.Two decks. Off street parking. Kitchen utensils supplied. Central air. Flat screen TV in living room and in each bedroom.

Birthday Beach vacations
Family of six came to celebrate birthday week. Great location, very private beach and very attentive owner. Would stay again if we ever come back to Brigantine.

Location can't be beat
Especially if you're going to the drive-on beaches the location is perfect, South End is very quiet and peaceful. The garage was stocked with tons of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and wagons for walking to the beach which was a big plus. Layout was very comfortable. Way more than enough room for our family of five.

This is the place to stay in Brigantine
Once again we had a fabulous time. We have been staying here for the past four summers and plan on staying here next year. We couldn’t be happier with the house and with the owner. Her communication is impeccable and responds immediately whenever there is an issue. We highly recommend this property and dealing with Sandra is pleasure. You won’t be disappointed.

Great house, great location, great owner!
We were very happy with our stay this weekend! The home has a great location, ample room, a great layout, nicely decorated, clean, and well stocked with amenities for your beach vacation! Details such as extra USB plugs to lots of hooks to hang bathing suits and towels are just a couple of the thoughtful amenities in this home. Sandra was quick to respond to any questions and was flexible with check-in/out times. Great host! The location was amazing, as we enjoyed our daily walks to the beach only a block away. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to visit Brigantine.

I loved the house, layout and location. The cleaning service neglects air units which I think the filters should be dusted or vacuumed due to airborne respiratory concerns. The linen service was great. I also appreciated the owners prompt servicing of the dryer.

The house was clean, spacious (enough for 2 families with kids), in a nice neighborhood and close to the beach. some walk to (very beautiful and secluded) beach is needed. We had a great time. Highly recommended!

Spacious Beach House
The house was very spacious and beds were comfortable. Very clean and well kept. The walk to the beach is pretty far with young kids so we ended up getting a permit to drive onto the beach (4WD only) which was amazing and we highly recommend! Tons of umbrellas, canopies, beach chairs and beach toys. We enjoyed our stay!

Delightful location
Brigantine is a family oriented location. The rental is near the beach, though it is a walk to the water. Our family loved the house, especially the “loft” with twin beds. The house has almost everything one might want or need.
