Escape the city, located just over an hour from Manhattan & 7min from Metro North, to work or play. Open floor plan is great for entertaining and relaxing.

Enjoy the large wood burning fireplace, 7 person hot tub, lots of windows, work spaces with monitor, private HVAC in each bedroom, and tons of private outdoor space, full amenities and everything you need included.

Pool will open around memorial day. Hot tub is OPEN year round.

I'm from NYC and my husband is from Maine. We love cooking, hiking and relaxing by the pool with a great book.

Why they chose this property

We wanted a true escape from the city that was easy and quick to get to where we didn't have neighbors right next door but still close enough to civilization that we could go to a great grocery store or dinner in less than 10 minutes. This house had it all. ~7 minutes from metro north, an hour and 15 drive from the city, 5 minutes from an amazing grocery store and ~15 minutes from 2 amazing restaurants in the area (Purdy's Farmer & the Fish and Cenadou). We have a grill, pool and hot tub to make the most of the oasis.
