The living area hosts a plush sofa and two stylish chairs and a comfy papasan, a brand-new LCD HD television, and best of all, beachfront balcony access! Sprawling glass sliding doors give way to the expansive balcony, where you can enjoy your morning coffee.

The fully equipped kitchen offers upgraded stainless-steel appliances, a double sink, plenty of counter space and a wet bar area! The dining area is adjacent to the living room and offers seating for 6, with additional seating for two at the breakfast bar. The master suite is equally impressive, boasting a king bed with quality mattress, beautiful furnishings and large windows cascading with natural light, and an ensuite bath with a jetted tub and separate walk-in shower! The second bedroom hosts a queen bed with luxurious linens and an attached bath, and the third bedroom offers two full beds, a LCD television and an attached bath as well.

• Intermittent balcony closures. Furniture will be brought inside of unit when this occurs.
• Work will consist of though not limited to; drilling, grinding, concrete work, and painting. (Significant noise and dust)
• Brief access to unit may be required. Given the nature of work, property will only be able to provide short notice.
• No amenities seem to be affected at this time.
