The villa is located on an urbanisation just 5 minutes drive from the town of Gata de Gorgos which is a very Spanish town full of great restaurants, shops and bars. There are plenty of beaches and great resorts with bars, restaurants and shops including Javea, Denia and Moraira within a 15 minute drive. There is a large shopping complex with restaurants a cinema and bowling alley just an 8 minute drive away. There are also 3 go cart tracks near by.
The villa is south facing from the patio areas to the swimming pool. There is a large 6 seater dining table under the covered sun shade area for al fresco dining. There are also 6 sun beds.
A modern clean villa with great mountain views. It has an external covered dining area, large open living dining room, new high spec large kitchen and downstairs toilet. The top floor master bedroom is a large air conditioned room with a large south facing balcony, fitted walk through wardrobe area and large high spec refurbished en-suite bathroom with a free standing bath and shower. The middle floor has 2 double bedrooms (double bed in 1st and twin beds in 2nd) both with air conditioning and ceiling fans and fitted wardrobes and a bathroom including a shower and bath. Smart TV with Netflix in the lounge, Fibre optic 5G internet. Plenty of parking.

Super séjour, la maison est dans un quartier tranquille avec une super vu sur les montagnes/dénia et la plage. Les commerces à 5/10min La maison est grande propre est tout équipée (+ clim qui est vraiment top dans cette région) Stephen et Anne sont toujours présent en cas de besoin. je recommande et je reviendrais !

Villa très propre , manque matériel de cuisine , verre à café, plat à salade…. La télé dans la chambre ne fonctionne pas , la télé du salon il y a que Netflix et lecteur dvd , internet fonctionne très bien, sinon très belle villa a louer ´ hésitez pas

Équipements vieux et non fonctionnels
Nous avons été déçu sur plusieurs points : la climatisation dans la chambre du milieu de fonctionne pas, le ventilateur au plafond de la chambre avec les lits jumeaux ne fonctionne pas non plus... l’aspirateur n’aspirait rien du tout, le lave vaisselle était inutilisable de notre point de vue. Complètement rouillé à l’intérieur, nous refusons de manger avec de la vaisselle qui a tourné dedans. La maison mériterait un bon rafraîchissement à l’intérieur. Les équipements sont vieux et mériteraient aussi d’être changés. Sinon, la villa est idéalement située et la piscine bien exposée. Quant à Mark et Patsy, les personnes qui nous ont accueillis sur place, ils sont adorables et très réactifs. Ils nous ont aussitôt déposé un autre aspirateur pour remplacer celui qui ne marchait pas.

Great villa made for a great holiday
My family and I stayed at this villa for two weeks in Aug 2018. It was spotlessly clean and had everything necessary for a comfortable and thoroughly relaxing holiday. It is a lovely modern property in a very quiet area with a lovely pool and scenery, close enough to the coast for a short drive to the beach or for dinner at the countless restaurants at Javea, Denia, Moiraira,etc. I would definitely recommend this for a holiday for those that don't want to be right in the hustle and bustle but are happy to take a short drive to be part of it. The owner and local support were very helpful and responsive. Looking forward to returning their soon.

Very good villa
We had a fabulous stay in this villa. Very practical and all you need to spend a great holiday with the family. The 3 bedrooms all comes with air condition, own toilet/shower. The host Stephen is very responsive for any little request we had. Definitely recommended!
