One bedroom apartment with double bed and small sofa bed, max 2 adult and 1 child. Small balcony with view at backyard. Just few steps from the main beach in Petrovac, close to the Petrovac castle. Very clean and safe apartments offer you just right place to take rest. Restaurant Katic is good place to have your meals, very professional stuff and delicious food.

Why they chose this property
Our neighborhood are almost touristic hotels, apartments, restaurants and other touristic things. Petrovac is mainly city for summer tourism. Sandy beach is one of the most beautiful in Montenegro, so you would enjoy every day.
There is also old castle historical place, something that you have to visit.
Please be sure, we can accommodate max 3 person, (2 adults and 1 child)
We dont have free parking place, but local secured parking is 30m away from us, and you can use that for about 10euro per day.

What makes this property unique
Our place is just to the sea beach located at the main promenade at the best location in Petrovac. In just few meters you are able to have everything you are interested.
You can use all apartment and there is no sharing parts. You have small balcony with view at the backyard.
Please, be aware about house rules. You have to lock you room all time, when you are going at the beach, please do not waste air condition, close your windows. Take care about things in the house and protect from damage.
If you are willing to bring your pet, please firs let us know about that.
When are you coming from the beach pay attention to not bring sand into the house. Changing linen is from 5 to 7 days. Please take care about cleaning in your apartment, we are not entering in your place without your permission, only in case of some problem. Do not throw the garbage in toilet.
Follow this rules and behave like that is your home.
