ABOUT THE SPACE
You are looking at two cottages on the same property. They rent together as a package for large families and gatherings that need a little extra room. When you arrive you will feel like you are a kid again. The Cottages remind you of spending a week at summer camp exploring the woods and splashing around in the lake on tubes and swimming till the sun goes down. It is truly Glamping at it's best.
THE SPACE
Each cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. They also have laundry facilities as well as full kitchens, living rooms and dining space. Total beds are as follows: 4 Queens and 6 twins (one set of bunks per house). There are flip out gaming chairs that double as beds for the kids with sleeping bags included. We sleep 14 in beds, 4 on the flip out chairs and various air mattresses are available to use either in one of the bedrooms or living room.
Each kitchen is large and has the basic needs to cook for a large crowd. We have a large Weber BBQ grill situated between both cottages so it's easy to get to from either kitchen. The cottages are mirror images of each other so when you walk out the door of the kitchen at one house you are walking into the door of the other cottage kitchen. Makes for convenient moving between the two houses.
Each bedroom has it's own separate outside entrance. All bedrooms are on the second level. There are large covered 2nd floor decks that the bedrooms with the queen beds access. Nice to enjoy the morning coffee before the kids get up and going.
Both houses have AC in each living room and all the bedrooms. Each cottage has WIFI. TV's are Roku, no cable.
Beds are made with linens, pillows and comforters/quilts. Hand towels for kitchen and bathroom along with bath mats are included but you will need to supply your own towels.
LAKESIDE:
We have over 100' of lake frontage with two private docks and two jet ski ramps. In addition, there are four (4) Kayaks and two (2) Stand Up Paddle boards for your entertainment. There is a Fire pit in the yard overlooking the lake with plenty of chairs for lounging during the day or sitting around the firepit at night.

LAKE INFO **Lake access is difficult for mobility challenged persons** Although the back yard is flat and easy to navigate, once you head down to the dock there are steps leading down that will end on top of large boulders that you then step down onto either the dock in the early season or down onto the lakebed later in the season when water levels are down. Either way, caution is needed when heading down to the docks.
Swimming and/or Floating is encouraged. Water is great for swimming and water levels are always high enough for a boat to be docked.
Rocky Shoreline access – lake level fluctuates depending on the season.
Spring – Lake levels will be high. The docks do not start getting installed until late April. We do not GUARANTEE any dock in the water before Memorial Day.
Summer – High Water Mark is June 1st. Depending on the weather, the lake levels may come up higher than that making the docks hard to access as their walkways will be underwater. We do our best to make sure they are accessible, but we cannot always get to them on demand.
Fall – Water levels will be lowest, and docks will start to be removed from the lake until the spring. Boats can still be docked, water levels at the end of the docks are still acceptable for boat docking.
Winter – Lake usually freezes, and ice fishing is popular. Any access to the frozen lake is “at your own risk”.
