A four-bedroom house with 3 full bathrooms located on a private roadway perfect for walking & running around the neighborhood. The house was recently renovated and features a heated salt-water in-ground pool, 2000sf outdoor deck with BBQ grill, basketball court, and large tranquil garden with privacy, two wood-burning fireplaces, and central air. The renovated bathrooms feature two standing showers and a deep soaking tub. Separate library room for peaceful reading or watching television. House has access to free Wi-Fi, Amazon stick, and HBO. Spacious living room with vaulted ceilings, wood-burning fireplace, and skylights. Beautiful and stylish “green” den with wood-burning fireplace. Relaxing fire pit in the backyard overlooking large pine and oak trees.
Ranch-style house with bedrooms located on one side of the house and entertainment rooms on the other side for an optimum layout. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom features a trundle bed and twin bed accommodating up to three adults or the perfect retreat for guests with kids. The third bedroom and fourth bedroom features queen beds. Closet space is provided for your belongings in each bedroom. The cozy den features a convertible sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen and the dining room comfortably seating for six or more. Large comfortable sectional couch located in the living room.
House has the essentials. Clean towels and linen provided along with shampoo and body wash. The cleaning fee can be adjusted based on the # of bedrooms/bathrooms being used. Babysitting services available upon request.

There are top-rated restaurants throughout Woodstock and the entire Hudson Valley area. Some of my favorites in Woodstock include Shindig (for lunch), Oriole 9 (great breakfast), Cucina (great brunch and date night meals), Catskill Mountain Pizza (they deliver cash only), and Bread Alone (yummy yummy fresh bread, coffee and more).
There is an additional rate of $25/guest/night for groups over 6 guests.
Fireplaces are closed during the summer months.
PLEASE NOTE: The house is kid-friendly but not childproof. Additionally, the house is very suitable for couples and singles. The pool is open from Memorial Weekend until September 24th.
LATE CHECKOUT/ EARLY CHECK-IN
Early check-in and late check is sometimes available upon request.
POOL: There is a fence around the pool for child safety. Please note that all members of the guest party must sign a pool waiver. Please only turn on the pool heater when in use and remember to shut off the pool heater. For energy conservation purposes, the pool heater may only be operational from 8am to 6pm. We supply 50 gallons of gas for the pool heater weekly. Usage is monitored daily, and you will be informed of overage and how to prepay for additional gas.
BATHROOMS
The house runs on a septic system. Please dispose of all baby wipes, paper towels sanitary products, and food scraps in the garbage instead of in the toilets. Bathrooms are equipped with disposable sanitary bags.
PROPERTY CONDITION & DAMAGES
All damages to the home will result in a cost to replacement and/or repair. Tenant most report if any damages are present at the property within two hours of arrival. If there is no report of any damage, the tenant assumes responsibility for damages incurred during the rental period. Furniture, electronics, and artwork are not to be moved. Premises left dirtier than what is considered normal will result in additional cleaning costs.
KEYS: We provide two sets of keys. Both keys must be returned to the lockbox at the end of your stay.
NO SMOKING
No Smoking is allowed inside the house. Smoking inside the house results in the loss of the entire Security Deposit. Smoking is permitted outside. There is a $50 charge for leaving cigarette butts on the property.
NOISE
Outdoor noise should be kept to a minimum after 10PM.
