The house did not get flooded after the IAN hurricane on the interior upper level.
The pool area and new pool heater is already being addressed and pool is operating, new stairs are installed.
The exterior of the home was painted light blue color
The town is still recovering from Ian.. and debris being cleaned up everyday.
Pool heat is at additional charge.
Publix is not open yet, some restaurants or business may not be open yet on the island ,one we know is by the Publix,water front restaurant, some other place may be operation in the Times Square or diamond head hotel

You will have private access to the house and the pool!:)

** WE CAN EASILY ACCOMMODATE 6 GUESTS, 8 GUESTS IS POSSIBLE AT ADDITIONAL RATE OF $75 PER PERSON PER NIGHT (INFLATABLE MATTRESS.)

** Refundable damage deposit - $600 (Airbnb holds damage deposit)
** pool fee mandatory as additional charge 35 per day from October till March,(WILL BE SENT AS MONEY REQUEST VIA AIRBNB)

ANY VIOLATION ABOVE = THE DAMAGE DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED
