About this property

This home has everything you need -- and is decorated a bit nicer than most rentals you may be used to....we have a huge modern sunroom to gather family and friends, private backyard, great neighborhood and we are conveniently located to both northern and southern beaches! The house is also just minutes to the bike trail that can take you all the way to the National Sea Shore beaches. Bathrooms and kitchen have been completely updated with granite and there are hardwood floors throughout. 2 bedrooms downstairs and 3rd bedroom is upstairs along with a huge area for kids or grownups to watch TV, or just hang out. There are 3 TV's in the house - one in the sunroom, one upstairs in the kids bunk room and one in the living room.

Includes grill and beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers, beach towels, lobster pot and utinsels, boogie boards, wake board, kid sand toys and nets, and lots of books, board games and DVDs and badmitten/vollyball net!

Equally distant to both Mayflower and Seagull beaches, 1 mile to golf course, tennis courts and bike trail, around the corner from grocery and liquer store and Salty Dog Brewery. Truly a fantastic location in a family neighborhood with very few rentals.

Wonderful week

We enjoyed a week filled with activities and quality family time. The house was beautiful and perfect for all of us with enough room to spread out or be together. Would not mind going there again. Perfect location 👍

Cute house for Family Vaca!

We had a great week in Yarmouth! The house is well-appointed with 2 queen BR on the first floor (one with an en-suite) and a loft with 4 twins, a day bed, a futon and a 1/2 bath on the 2nd floor. The sunroom provides a great space for hanging out, playing games, eating, etc. Also on the first floor is kitchen, dining room, living room, a 2nd full bath and laundry room. For the most part, the house has everything that you need for a great family vacation! As this is the first summer being rented under new ownership, there were a few little things missing which I'm sure will be quickly rectified as the owners were very responsive to a few emails that we sent at the beginning of the week. This house is cute & clean & very functional. The house is also very convenient to shops (Stop & Shop, CVS, liquor store) and some restaurants (Sweet Tomatoes, Sea Dog, among others) but a bit of a drive to the beaches. We paid $70 for a weekly pass to all of the Yarmouth public beaches which was a much better deal than paying between $15-$25 per day. Easy access to Rte 6 makes visits to other towns easier. All in all, we had a great week!

Beautiful house

My family and I enjoyed the house while coming to The Cape on business. It had everything that we needed. The neighborhood was easy to get around in and stores close by for conveint items. Lots of close restaurants to enjoy. We did the Whale watching tour and the seal watching tours which were fantastic. The beach we went to was very nice however a little scary when you would see a seal swim by every once in a while. This house is close to the Plymouth, Boston and Salem areas. The owner was very friendly as i emailed her a couple of times regarding items that were missing from the house and wanted to let her know about them. She responded immediately. I would recommend this house to anyone coming to the cape and would stay here again if given the opportunity to return to the area.

This is my families second house on the Cape, our first one was located in Centerville by Craigville Beach. We just sold it to buy a larger house and we are so happy with this one! We try to use it in the off season and on any weeks that available over the summer. We try to provide everything we would want for a happy vacation and we hope that you agree!

Why they chose this property

It's large enough to accommodate 2 or more families because we can sleep 6 kids/adults on the second floor (4 in single beds and 2 on a queen pull-out sofa), 2 more in the master, and then 2 more in the second bedroom downstairs. We may also have a day bed in the sunroon to accommodate at least one more person making the total 11.

What makes this property unique

Rooms are large enough for everyone to be together--with plenty of privacy in the backyard for games and grilling or just relaxing.

We also have the benefit of being equally close to both Mayflower and Seagull Beaches, giving you and your family lots of options!
