Lovely property , splendid garden and terrace with an amazing sea view. Ideally placed in a quiet and very well communicated residential zone. 20 minutes walk to the beach and 4 km to Albena Resort and night leisure, 500 m to the supermarket and restaurants. Varna Airport is 40 km from the villa and airport transfers are available upon request and at an additional price. Various excursions can be arranged on site.

Fully fitted kitchen with a fridge, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine and washing machine. Inside dining table and outside dining area in the garden and on the terrace.
